Fidelity did the most complete job of inspecting my chimney to make sure there weren't other problems other than the one I asked them out to estimate. They also gave us the most complete service at the best price. As a plus the business is veteran owned.

Fidelityay be small, but they can easily compete with the bigger outfits when it comes to quality. They are not going to be your least expensive estimate, but the quality of the process makes those few extra dollars worth it in value. The owner, Ryan, will come out and talk you through the estimate and recommended work. Depending on his schedule he may also pop in at some point while his crew is getting the job done. Lindsay seems to run the office while the crew is out in the field. You can expect calls from her with reminders of appointments and updates on the crew's location on the work day. If for any reason something isn't going to happen the way it was talked about, you can expect Lindsay to call you and keep you informed. She's a key customer service advocate for you. Jeff and Jimmy- I'm not sure I can do them credit. These two are the crew that make it happen. They took the exterior of my chimneys from soot black to new in appearance. The new work they perform blended in seamlessly with the existing structures. I couldn't find any soot left in either my house or left outside. Everything was beautifully clean when they were finished. Speaking of finishing, with rain coming in for the forecast, they went the extra mile to be sure the work was completed and protected, even though it meant they had to stay until well after 7pm, and were still upbeat and courteous despite their extremely long workday. Dedication to performing timely, quality work is a rare gem when it is found - and these two exemplify it all. I was thoroughly happy with my entire experience with Fidelity. Their entire team is courteous and professional, with superior, dedicated craftsmen, and driven to perform and thoroughly communicate throughout the entire process. I can't recommend Fidelity Chimney highly enough. You will not regret hiring them.

Ryan and Jimmy arrived at the appointment time, and went to work power washing the chimney, removing all loose caulking. They protected the roof with tarps and soaked the chimney with the waterproofing mixture. When dry, they recaulked the chminey and rinsed the roof. Job well done!

Ryan evaluated the problem and had it resolved quickly. He was timely, efficient and reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services.

On time< gave me a break down of what parts he would need to fix my fireplace. he called distributor to find out about costs of parts so I knew up front the total cost to fix. I would highly recommend him.
