My husband ordered a grill from fire works inc. paid for in full at time of order. after 2 months of calling and checking and no delivery finally got delivery confirmation and then the guy never shows. My husband even confirmed delivery 2 hours prior to the time. Derek sales guy still didn’t show. Got a credit from American Express.

Overcharged. My wife wrote check for services and remote control. I was informed as I was about to head to the airport. Requested to the adminstrator @ Fireworks, the person that answers the phone, to hold check until I returned from a business trip, 3 days, as funds were not in the specific account. "I will tell the owner when I give him the check.", i.e. please work with me. I was mad. They deposited the check anyway. End of this relationship. This was repeat business. I have a second fireplace that needs service. Narrow minded, unprofessional. Stay clear, get estimates from other companies. Will not recommend to anyone. Stay clear.

Pricing was fair and straight forward compared to other local providers in Westminster, .scheduling of work was easy and they were on time for the preliminary home visit, initial install and start up....

It went as Karl (the foreman) predicted. The job turned out very well and the workers went above and beyond. They were clean given all the dust and debris generated from tearing out masonary in our home.

Alan, Ryan and crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very professional and courteous. They laid down drop cloths and used a shop vac continuously, making sure the mess was kept to a minimum. They worked the whole day, cleaned up meticulously before they left and let me know exactly what still needed to be finished, what stone they needed to match and what their plan was to finish. A few days later Alan and Ryan came out to finish the job. The fireplace looks and works beautifully and the area of stone restoration is not even noticeable. I have small, curious children at home and the guys were so friendly and easy-going it was like just having friends over for a couple of days :)

I called the store twice and no one returned the calls. I visited the store and was told they are 2 staff short and was unable to return my calls. I don't quite understand what that had to do with returning calls since it wasn't office staff affected. Laurie did apologize for not following up on the calls. An appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks. No one showed up or called me on the scheduled day. I visited the store again to re-schedule and was told they would call me after they talked to Carl(owner). I was never contacted. I had used this company previously and was pleased with their service and quality of work. However, I am disappointed in the decline in their level of customer service; particularly responsiveness and courtesy, not very professional. I would not recommend this company.
