+ -1 moreOutstanding! It's not often you get quality and pleasant service from ANY company. Today, Excello West applied a termite treatment to our son's house. From my initial call to Leslae at Excello, to the inspection by John, and the application by Jeff, I was treated like a VIP. Each of them treated me kindly and professionally. They explained very clearly what the process was, what I can expect from it, and how much it cost. They also accommodated several changes in my appointments. And most of all, the quality of the application that Jeff did is outstanding. He instilled trust that we won't have any problems with termites for a long time. I pay close attention to the quality and expertise in a provider, and also how they treat me and my family as people. Excello is superb in both aspects.

Description of Work: I did not use this company but the buyer to my mother's house did. He was there no more than 15-minutes. Popped a couple of ceiling tiles in the basement and went right over to an area that had been noted on a previous inspection that I had done with another company. This company had said some previous activity had been noted but none there now. Excello representative looked up with a dimly light flashlight and said yes he saw something. His flashlight was going dead and you could barely see up in a small dark floor joist. Said most buyers still want area treated even if no activity. Which is what happened, but his price was twice as much as my company. He was also very surprised when I was there since no one was suppose to be there per his information from my realtor. I really feel he would not have looked at all or even worst if I had not been there.

+ -1 moreService was great. Tech was very friendly. Unfortunately, they have to come back, but I am under their 120 warranty so it will be no cost to me.
Description of Work: I have a condo with an unfortunate bug problem. Excello was prompt, fair and friendly. They even offer a 120 guarantee of their services. Great deal.

+ -1 moreWe saw ants outside (especially in shed outside) and inside house, so we called to have treatment for ants, late September. Our realtor recommended Excello West. Gene D came out. He was super nice and really thorough, which I really appreciate! Took his time treating everywhere, and answered our questions about different spots. We'd definitely hire again.
