+ -1 moreWith complications due to a power outage in my area, I needed Dave to check my house for electrical damage that may have incurred when the power surged back on. I lost my fridge, micro-wave, de-humifier, and computer. Dave checked out the electric and determined through not fault of mine - the power surge burned up these appliances. I just wanted to say that Dave Underwood is the best electrician, and honest, decent man who's interest is your home's electrical issues and your peace of mind. Hire Dave when you have electrical troubles or needs.

+ -1 moreDave did a fantastic job. It was particularly difficult because the wiring had already been installed and the basement was full of furniture and other household effects. (It would have been much easier for him to wire a basement from scratch than fix the electrical work as he had to in our case.) Dave is highly qualified (a long-time member of the electrical board in Carroll County) and dedicated to his profession. He did everything by the book, brought everything up to code, and got all the required permits and inspections done in short order. I can highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Dave had to fix the electrical installation in a finished basement that had been performed by a non-licensed electrician. He had to bring everything up to spec and acquire the necessary permits and county approvals.
