COMFORT TEMP HEATING & COOLING

My heat pump stopped cooling on a Wed. and I called Comfort Temp that day . Tom Sadler the owner answered the phone . He came out that day to look at the system . He found that the compressor wasn't coming on and it was because there was no Freon left in the system. The unit was 17 yrs old so it needed replacing . He didn't try to push an expensive unit on me and let me make the decision as to which unit to chose after giving me info on my options .He and one of his crews showed up Saturday morning and installed a new system . They were very professional and put down ground clothes so as not to track in dirt and mud , were there to answer my questions when I asked and did a totally professional job . I was very happy with Tom and Comfort Temp heating & cooling and would highly recommend them to others .

Our AC went out during a week of 90+ temperatures. I left a message on a Saturday and they called me back that day as well as sent a technician. The quote for fixing it was very reasonable and less than all the others we talked to. The owner was in direct contact to answer all my questions. They were going to fix it on the 4th of July because "it's hot and you shouldn't have to wait," but ended up doing it a day early (which was even better.) The owner as well as all the technicians were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the work and would use them again.

They responded immediately when I called for an estimate. Once we \accepted their estimate, they adjusted their schedule to fit us in during a period of very hot weather. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Despite the challenge of working in a sweltering attic, everything was done within hours, including removal of the old units and clean up after the job. We intend to use them again.

They were okay - I see no opportunities for improvement. They were able to get to me within a few days of me calling them.

It went great. I got two bids for the exact same furnace and AC units and Tom's was considerably less. Work was scheduled and completed as discussed; no surprises. He informed me of the BGE rebate process and initiated the rebate for me. From start to finish; everything was handled as he said it would be. I would certainly refer him.
