They were very professional as well as personable at the same time. They took the time to explain all questions asked and were patient while my husband and I debated which way to go on some things. I would definitely use they again.

The customer service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the technician arrived exactly on time, he offered advice and told me of my options. When I decided to replace the water heater, he was able to locate an appropriate replacement and install it the same day. At every stage, he was thoroughly professional and efficient. I was very impressed with the company and its employees.

This past Saturday night (2/23/2019) I lost water pressure. My water comes from my well so I thought about the well pump. Our last well pump replacement was very expensive by a company I won't name. I worried that I would experience sticker shock again. I looked up a number of plumbers and decided to contact Atlantic Blue. I'm glad I did. I received a call back from Brennan Saturday night and schedules a Sunday morning visit. He called me Sunday morning and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up around the time he said he would with Steve. I met them in my front yard and briefed them on my problem. Both Brennan and Steve proceeded to troubleshoot exactly how I would (FYI I am a career electronics guy [30+ years] and now am the Quality Manager for the US Subsidiary of a worldwide manufacturer of telecom equipment). I know my way around the troubleshooting world. So after a little bit, Brennan and Steve inform me that they believe my well pump is dead. They pulled my pump, inspected the pipe and the wiring, measured it and provided me with an estimate for the repair. It was a lot less - a LOT less than what I previously paid for the exact same service 8 years ago. I cannot recommend Atlantic Blue Water Services enough. Both Brennan and Steve were courteous and professional. They were both also personable and inspired trust. I will return to Atlantic Blue for my future plumbing needs. They have found a customer for life.

I've had Atlantic Blue conduct two projects so far and continue to use them for routine service and inspection. The prices have always been substantially lower than other quotes I have received for the same services, and the recommendations they have provided were practical and economical. I have had both routine and emergency hours service, and both were fantastic and timely. I ended up getting a new, larger sump pump after a failure that flooded my basement (poor inspection from another company). Upgraded to their Ion Pro filtration system, chemical feed pump to balance the P.H. on my very acidic water, and a much larger pressure tank. It tells me when they system is due for a service and I call, they come out service both systems and do an inspection for the rest of my plumbing. They also installed a new toilet for me due to a leaking toilet they were able to spot in a routine inspection, really limited the water damage to a small portion of drywall in my kitchen ceiling. This is my go to Plumbing/Water services company!

The pressure tank kept losing pressure and the well pump was cycling on and off every hour to hour and a half. Water on the ground indicated that the pitless valve was bad. I had talked with the owner of Atlantic Blue a few days prior to the crew arriving and was immediately impressed his sight unseen diagnosis of the problem and assurance that I would be happy with their work. The crew that was sent was fantastic. They immediately hand dug down to the valve, verified that the valve was the problem and set about replacing it. Since I have a shallow well they offered to pull the well pump and inspect the condition of the pump and the connecting wires especially since it had been cycling so much adding wear and tear to the pump. I was present when they pulled it and I noticed quite a bit of corrosion. The pump was 15 - 18 years old so I asked them to replace it. They told me that by doing it now I would save the normal pulling fee which would be charged if I did it at a later time and would only have to pay for the new pump. That saved approximately $400 on what would have been a future well pump replacement. The crew was very personable, friendly and always interested in answering any questions I had. One thing I noticed and did not expect or for that matter even thought about was how they would put clean boot covers over their work boots before coming into my basement garage when coming in to work at the well pressure tank and switch in the basement. Very nice touch and shows a real respect to the customer and their property. I have used other companies in the past for various well needs and believe that I have found a company that I will always turn to not only for my well needs but for any major plumbing and water treatment needs. I highly recommend Atlantic Blue to anyone needing the services they provide.

I couldn't be happier. I received a quote from another company that we've used for years and something didn't seem right to me and I decided to get a second opinion. Mark came over and tested my water and explained several things to me (the other company said my water tank needed to be replaced, Mark told me my tank was fine). He also presented several options (I could fix the existing neutralizer or get a new one - the other company gave me a much higher quote to fix the dinosaur neutralizer they installed over 10 years ago. We decided to replace the system with a new one. Mark also included re-routing the exiting water, removed a filter and moved the neutralizer before our water heater, which the other company installed it after the water went through the water heater. The technician showed up an hour early (he called me to let me know, the weather got really bad in the afternoon - ice) and was amazing. He talked me through what he planned to do, was neat, checked all the toilets prior to leaving (fixed one that was running) - I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this company to anyone - they are honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable.

We were told we needed to have valves installed first in order to clean the filter and the technician basically said he couldn't clean or replace the filter until that was done. That turned out not to be the case and I ended up purchasing a filter and cleaning it myself without installing any additional valves. I was charged a significant amount of money for not much service in my opinion and will not use this company in the future.

very well, tech was informative went over the basics of maintaining the system. He also pointed out our well pressure tank was undersized (20 gal) and should be upgraded to prolong the life of the well pump.

Great they came replaced and worked great

My house suffered from poor quality well water, ruining appliances and making life difficult. It was a complicated project involving a landscaper and septic company, and Atlantic Blue played their part in a professional and thorough manner. I interviewed 3 providers of Reverse Osmosis systems, and decided on Atlantic Blue because of the personal service Mark provided, and the responsiveness of his office team. I am very pleased with the quality of the new water and will look to Atlantic Blue to service the equipment in the future.

They answered questions and gave us an estimate. We decided not to use the service.

We had two different appointments. Both times guys were friendly and polite! We appreciated the call when guys were running behind. All was good and will be using them for another residential home!!

This went fine from estimate through completed installation. There was quick turnaround between first phone call and date of estimate. Two technicians came for the estimate, though one was clearly in charge. This was our second estimate and we were impressed with the technician's articulate, no-nonsense explanation of the system, what it could do and how it would be installed in conjunction with our existing pH conditioning system. He also explained why our water is so hard and what to expect with the changes the new system would bring. He neither oversold the product, nor reached beyond his own knowledge base, which we appreciated. We were able to schedule the install at an early convenient date. Two technicians arrived on time (one of them had come for the estimate, the other was a different tech). It went very smoothly, with no surprises. They were able to fit the equipment into our utility space. They cleaned up nicely, and went over the system and how to use it, what to expect. We didn't care for the standard faucet that came with the reverse osmosis system, so we were offered an upgrade free of charge, which is supposed to be installed when a technician comes back for a 30-day check-up of the systems.

Overall, it was a positive experience. I called an hour before Atlantic Blue opened so I spoke with their answering service person and left all the details of what I needed. She said someone would call me back once they opened. Two hours later I called and spoke with Shaina to get an update. It appears that none of my information was passed on from the answering service to Atlantic Blue personnel. The receptionist quickly handled the miss-communication issue and scheduled me for service ASAP. I requested a particular technician (Chris or Kirk) and she was very accommodating. I have dealt with Atlantic Blue for several years now and am pleased with their work and find them to be very responsive to this customer. I won't hesitate to call upon them again whenever necessary. Mark, Chris, Kirk, and Shaina are always a pleasure to deal with! (My apologies if I have misspelled anyone's name.)

This company is absolutely unprofessional. Our well system is still losing pressure exactly as it had done before they came to “fix” it. The only difference between the time before they were here and after is that we have about $1500 less in our pocket. Dealing with this company was a complete waste and a disaster. We would never recommend anyone use them. We called them for our annual well service treatment and they arrived 2 hours late and didn’t bother to call to tell us they would be late. This tardiness became the norm, that is when they bothered to show up. Two people arrived, Chris (the owner’s son) and a serviceman. We told mentioned to Chris that we saw some very mild periodic pressure loss. Chris told me that this was probably due to the motor that needed to be replaced. He then used a scare tactic and told me that I had to have this done very quickly or else it would fry our electrical system. Then he backed off that statement and said it would eventually affect the electrical system. I asked him to tell me everything that would be involved in fixing this, assuming that was the issue, and the costs. He told me they would pull up the old pump and replace it and it would only take a total of 2 hours and if that didn’t correct the issue they would have to dig up our entire yard and break up our patio. This should have been my first clue not to use them since they were relying on scare tactics. Estimate cost for the new pump was $1100 plus another $200 for a new cap. Nonetheless, he instructed the serviceman to perform the annual well treatment (another $150) and we scheduled the pump replacement for 2 days later. Two days later, Kirk, a different serviceman came to our house with an assistant (again, 2 hours late). My husband had looked up the pump online and the cost was $250. He asked Kirk why the estimate was $1,100 for a pump that only costs $250. Kirk told us that he’s seen the invoices himself and that the pump actually costs the company $400. We called the owner, Mark, who then told us the Kirk didn’t know what he was talking about and it really costs them $900. He couldn’t answer why the exact model number was available from several supply companies for only $250. This was our next clue that this company was unethical. The pump replacement took 2 hours in total to complete. After it was finished, Kirk then told us that the water would full of sediment and bacteria for at least a month. When asked if the water would be drinkable, he said “eh, it wont kill you”. I should point out that Chris never mentioned that we wouldn’t have potable water for at least month which would have been important for us to know since I was PREGNANT. I would never have bothered doing this while pregnant if he had been upfront about everything. Naturally, my physician told me not to drink the water even for brushing teeth and not to listen to someone who is not knowledgeable on health matters. What we noticed after having the pump replaced is that the water pressure loss became severe. We called Mark, the owner to ask why this would happen. His attitude towards us was nothing short of nasty. He told us that the sediment was settling in our indoor tank and cogging the system and that this was to be expected and should have been explained to us. He then said that we would have to pay to have the tank drained and refilled for a cost of about $300. Here’s where it gets really unethical….The company was just at our house 2 days prior to fill the acid neutralizer tank as part of an annual service. Why would Chris instruct the serviceman to fill AND CHARGE US if they knew they needed to drain the tank? This is a highly unethical business practice to try to get us to pay twice. On the day that they came to replace the pump, they were also supposed to replace our UV light that sterilizes the water. They did not have it in stock so they had to order it. A different serviceman was scheduled to come to the house a few days later to install it. He was scheduled to come between 9am-11am. At 1:30pm we received a call from a serviceman named Michael who told me that they didn’t get the part in so he wouldn’t be coming today (he could have told me this at 9am so I didn’t have to miss another day of work). Further, he used a derogatory comment to which I took offense. My husband and I then called Mark, the owner to tell him about what just occurred and his response to me, A PREGNANT WOMAN, was to “Just get over it”. Wow. Talk about unprofessional. My husband then asked Mark if our newly created pressure loss problem could have been from something other than the pump and the response seemed very much to say ‘just give us your money and don’t question what we do’. The only answer we got from him was that maybe there was something wrong with one of the switches and he would have Kirk call us. When Kirk called he was belligerent and finally agreed with Mark that it could be one of the switches and he would look at them when he came to put in the new UV bulb. A full 2 months after they put in a new pump was when they finally returned to put in the new UV bulb. Kirk came back to the house and was nothing short of nasty to all of us. We asked him to look at the switches and he responded that he had no idea what we were talking about and he didn’t even know anything about switches. Hmmm… We asked him about the continued loss of pressure and he told us that we didn’t have to empty and refill the tank (so which one of these geniuses is right??) When he went to install the new bulb, he broke the glass housing that surrounds it and then yelled at my husband that we would have to pay for it. My husband told him that he broke it and we should not be responsible for his error. He then screamed at my husband that we would never be allowed to use this company for service again (not sure how he has the authority to say this since he is not an owner). My husband kept asking him to lower his voice since our infant son was upstairs sleeping and Kirk refused. Kirk stormed out of the house. At this point we called another service company to get a second opinion on the matter. The other company told us that this first thing to do is to check all the switches since they are the cheapest and easiest to fix. (Too bad Kirk had never heard of them)… Then, they told us that a knowledgeable service person would ALWAYS bypass the tank so that sediment wouldn’t build up and cause any pressure loss. They then told us that to not do so shows that the other company (Atlantic Blue) did not send an experienced serviceman to do the job. Then, to have us pay to fill the acid neutralizer tank and then try to make us pay again to empty and refill it was not the professional way to conduct business. When the replacement part for the bulb housing was finally in stock, Chris, the son’s owner came back. He was cordial and replaced the bulb without much fuss and then left. So our well system is still losing pressure exactly as it had done before they came to “fix” it. The only difference between the time before they were here and after is that we have about $1500 less in our pocket. Dealing with this company was a complete waste and a disaster.

They told me my water would be harder and it was. It was not their fault because we chose to do it. We only got one price so I don't know if it was good or bad. What they did was okay. They did nothing wrong. They were very nice including the workers.

The technician, Chris, was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I had originally requested a neutralizer refill, but he showed to me that the tank also needed to be cleaned, and that the settings were incorrect. He took care of everything. I will absolutely use them again.

This company is first rate. It is the 2nd time we have hired them. The first time we needed our water softener/ conditioning system worked on. They came out o quote and the price was 1/2 of 2 other quotes I received. Within a week I was up and running. No more staining in my bathtub. .So when I found that I needed to repair the well, they were the first and only company I called. They came to look at the problem and quote me a price the same day I called. Within a few days the well was repaired and working again. They also inspected the rest of the system since it had not been inspected in 20 years. After digging down several feet, there was a fair amount of dirt piled in the work area. They cleaned the area and left it ready to reseed The Atlantic Blue crew is personable, responsive, professional and prices are very competitive. The team is knowledgeable and more than willing to work with your schedule. I will not hesitate to use them again
