It’s been good and has been working fine. They were good with finding us the right fit. The employees we have dealt have been professional.

Did not use the services although if they had not been provided by the original vendor under warranty I would have done so.

Atlantic Blue came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. I am on well water with a high acidic value. My toilets and bathtubs are constantly staining orange (eventually turn green). I was told the new system would correct the problem. They were right. So far no staining. The rice I was quoted was almost half of another estimate I received. The work was completed within a week of my first call. The 2 technicians that came out were helpful and willing to answer any questions I posed. They will be returning in the next week or two for a follow-up water test to make sure the levels are correct. I would use this company again and highly recommend them

We went out to dinner and when we came home no water. I called Atlantic Blue water and he came right over. Our well pump switch had gone bad and all we needed was a new switch. He also recommended a new well tank, seeing mine was quite old and very small. Since I was having issues with pressure and knowing how old the tank was the decision was a NO Brainer. He explained that the new larger tank came with all new switches and it would improve constant pressure. He was neat, clean and everything works great. It has been 2 months now and the system works just as he said it would.

The installation was fine, professional. The price was a lot better than some estimates we had gotten. They have had to come out three times in three years to rectify problems, such a s leaky valves but the problems were readily fixable and not related to the installation. Though I am in Harford County and they are in Frederick County, there is no problem in getting prompt responses. Next day service usually.

They were right on time. Charged less than they quoted and fixed my problem.

We had an issue with excess iron in our water so I called Atlantic Blue to setup an appointment for service. The appointment was setup for May 22nd from 10-12pm. Unfortunately I needed to reschedule this appointment so I called back and spoke to a lady who rescheduled the appointment for May 27th from 10-12pm. On the 27th no one showed up, I called and left a voice message with my name, number and time of appointment but no one ever returned my call. I understand that mistakes happen and would have been willing to reschedule had someone returned my call.

They did a very professional job. There employees were very knowledgable and did an excellent job. They showed when scheduled and they completed the job timely. Mark the manager was very helpful and more then willing to work with you. I would use them again in a heart beat. lter system.

They came on time and did an excellant service while at my house, and left the house clean after the service.

Excellent response, pricing and installation. No fancy sales pitch, just the facts; scheduled the installation for a week later and the team of installers showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and took away the old system. Water quality has improved dramatically.

They were extremely professional and honest!! I liked that they took the time to explain everything. The owner actually came and did the water test. He said that we didn't have to do both units at the same time...that we could have the neutralizer installed and see what the water was in 30 days to determine whether or not we needed the softener as well. Wow! That's honest. The price was reasonable and less than other companies I got estimates from, but in no way reflects on the quality of the product. It's a great system and they back their products 100%. I highly recommend this company and their systems! Honest and did a great job on the installation.

It was a little pricey, but I have to say it was well worth it. Where I am the water is extremely hard and since I have installed the water treatment system, I have zero. They can do better - I would have much rather got a company number, or any kind of customer service, instead of my service web. Because the only thing he did was giving me his number and did not give me the customer service line. It was like basically counting on him to relay information and that drove me absolutely insane. I finally got a hold of somebody at their company and I had to go that way. That was the only part that I had an issue with. Responding to my issues took way too long. They are very knowledgable on the system that they have.

I called them because our water softener needed servicing. While in the basement looking at the tanks I noticed one was leaking. I called them right away and got an appointment within 2 days. The leak was just a drip. They came and did the maintenance on my system and found 2 more leaks. They had to replace the timer piece on top of the mineral tank too. They also told us that our well tank needed to be replaced becuase the bladder inside had holes. They were right and it was a matter of time before it would have broken down. I was able to set up another appointment to have the well tank replaced that same day. The day they were supposed to come, another home owner had an emergency and did not have water, so they were unable to come. They were willing to reschedule me for a Saturday so I did not have to take any time off work. The install took about 2 hours. Our water pressure is much better now and is steady. They were neat, efficient and very professional. I will continue to use them for our annual service call and any other work the system may require.

The replacement of my hot water heater went exactly as it should have and more. I had an appointment on Tuesday, June 26th and when I began to have problems on the Thursday prior, I called them and they came the following day. I very much appreciated their concern and the fact that they were able to change my appointment to an earlier date because I had feared going a weekend without hot water. Thanks to them, I didn't have to do that. They also spent time with me prior to the installation explaining the costs, warranty, and actual operation of the heater. Their price was reasonable and in fact, turned out to be lower than the initial estimate. It also includes an extra 4 year sof warranty which was optional. Fortunately, I had time to shop around and explore the features of the different hot water heaters before choosing a replacement. My experience with the water softener installation was also 100% positive. Overall, my experiences with Atlantic Blue have been very positive and I would definitely use them in the future.

They were extremely punctual. They were professional. Things didn’t go exactly the way they were supposed to go. They handled it in a professional manner. I would recommend them to others and would use them again if needed. Their price was in line with everybody else.

Sales process and installation of the system went great one of the better experiences I have had. However during the followup once the system was installed and paid for that didn't go so well. This is what I was told "The chemical feed pump has a 5 yr warranty and will need to be refilled by the homeowner usually every 2-4 months depending on the amount of water used. It is very easy to do and you will be shown how to do it on the 30 day follow up test. It comes with a 35 gallon solution tank-pump- and static mixer. The pH of the water will end up around 7.2 or 7.3. " When I called 2 months after the install to ask about the 30 day follow up test, they told me I needed to schedule it. No problem, I scheduled it and let them know the 3 things I needed on that day. Sink faucet needed to be hooked up, the line they installed and the faucet they supplied where not the same size. I was seeing cloudy water at some of the taps and in the upstairs bathroom you can hear air leaking through, lots of bubbles. I was told it was the screens on the faucets, so I removed them and it was still the same. I asked them to check these things out. Also they were suppose to show me how to refill the 35 gallon solution tank. The tech they sent was very nice and helpful, but it was his first follow up test and they sent him out alone. He also had no idea about any of the requests I made when I set up the appointment or the email that I sent before the appointment. Didn't have an answer for the cloudy water or bubbles, didn't have any soda ash with him so couldn't show me how to fill the tank, wasn't sure if he had the part for the faucet since he was driving someone else's truck and didn't know where they kept things. Lucky he found the part we needed. After the visit I followed up with Mark Mather, but he decided not to respond. So its unfortunate that it went from an A+ to a C.

Excellent service and advice at a much lower cost than some competitors. Highly recommended.

They were very helpful as far as explaining what the problems there were with our water, and they corrected these issues to make it poutable.

I initially visited the store and talked with Mark about my water situation. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me the system my neighbor had bought and answered my questions during the visit and after installation when I had additional questions. I particularly had concerns about the level of salt in the water. Mark explained the approximate level of salt in the water and gave me an informational sheet showing approximate salt levels in our food and in the water. This helped me realize I didn't need to be concerned. The installers were timely, polite, and the work was done neatly and timely. They also went over the operation of the system and what I needed to do which was very little (watch salt level). In addition, they will perform a free 30-day check of the system. Very pleased with the entire experience.

The person who came and tested was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Same for the two people who actually did the work. They explained how everything was set up and what I had to do to maintain it. The first visit the person arrived exactly on time. The second (installation) visit they were there 30 minutes(!) early and had to wait for me to get there from work. I couldn't be more pleased with Atlantic Blue.

We are on well water and thought we needed a water softener and an anode replacement for our water heater because the water was leaving brownish deposits in the dishwasher and the water smelled funny. So we got an estimate from another company and Atlantic Blue. The man from the other company came to our house, tested our water on a corner of the kitchen counter (we could not see what he was doing or the results of the tests), told us we had lousy water and tried to sell us a $1,500 softener unit. The gentleman from Atlantic Blue came to our house and while he was setting up his test kit, told us that our assumption that our water might be bad could be correct - that we might need a water treatment unit because most homes on wells in our area do. He proceeded to check the water and told us that we did not need a water softener unit; that our well was producing water of extraordinary quality and that there was nothing he could sell us. He explained all of the tests to us and showed us the results. He said that the brownish discoloration in our dishwasher was probably just sediment from the pump and would probably disappear soon (it did) and that the bad smell was probably coming from water in the traps (it was), and that we did not need a heater anode replacement. He then told us that if we ever had any questions, to just stop by his office - Atlantic Blue is family owned - anytime. For integrity and honesty, Atlantic Blue gets an "A+." And if I ever do need a water softener, I will buy it from Atlantic Blue.

Our second experience with Atlantic Blue was as positive as the first. Their February 22, 2007 installation of an Acid Neutralizer fixed our water pH problem, but the Neutralizer also raised the water hardness to an unacceptable level. We knew this was a likely outcome of the Neutralizer installation, and a Softener would probably be needed. Our experience with Atlantic Blue on the Neutralizer installation was very positive, so we contracted with them again on the Softener. The Softener installation was painless and the technician was professional and friendly. Free follow-up visit 30 days later showed hardness was in acceptable range.

Owner came out and identified what I thought was a water softener, was really a filtration device, to take out iron from my water. He tested the water, and found out that I had off the charts level of iron in my water at the source. He then tested it at a faucet, so that he could get water that came after it, had been treated and found out that the ph had been corrected and that most of the iron had been removed. Provided me a copy of the results, and told me that everything was working properly, and that he was impressed with whatever service had previously installed, the iron filter system because they got it perfect. He charged me nothing for the visit and did not try to sell me anything! I was very surprised at that. He left me with directions on how to shock my well, and how to know if one of the components in the filtration systems goes bad.
