Atlantic Blue responded within the hour to my inquiry. They quickly came out, gave a thorough inspection and provided a quote (with options) that was the most competitive of the 3. They provided a quote that I could respond to online. They immediately initiated the permit process. They came to repair our main water line within 2 days. The fellows that came out were very friendly and really worked hard to keep me informed (as did their main office) and did the job. Which they did to my full satisfaction. Highly recommend Atlantic Blue for the quality, service, and value. A+

Atlantic Blue replaced the main water line for my house. The two technicians were friendly and worked hard to get the project done as quickly as possible. However, they did NOT have an effective tool to implement the pull-method as promised in the proposal provided by them in the beginning. Instead they took a full-trenching approach to lay down the water line about 4 ft deep in the ground. Even worse, they chose a two-day window with one day having heavy rain to do the job, causing huge earth disruption and landscaping damage, Even the technician who finished backfilling the excavation admitted himself: it's a mess. Apparently the manager for this project is not well-trained in scheduling and project management to minimize damages to customers' properties. This is the first time I have hired them to do a big plumbing project, and do not see any reason to use their service again.

The Technician was very helpful when he got to my house. He explained what he thinks the problem might be. He came in with all the necessary tools to do the work. He fixed what needed to be fixed and told me to give him a call if I experience the same or any other issues in the future. I was very pleased with their service!!!

Zac called me within 5minutes of me speaking to the call center. He arrived alone when he said he would. We have a well cap that is underground so it must be dug up. Unfortunately I could not remember the exact location so he dug for more than an hour. Finally my husband said to move down the path more Zac found my sons helped remove the 3 foot round concrete cover and pull the pump. Zac did all the work needed and put the pump back . He did above and beyond for us in the rain. Would definitely recommend them.

Repaired broken waterline and brought our water treatment unit up to snuff. Very satisfied
