AROCON Roofing & Construction

Description of Work: We are very happy with the work Arocon did on our roof. They were timely and professional at a reasonable price. They could have done a better job keeping our initially scheduled time and reaching out to us initially to set the appointment once we submitted the contract and paid the deposit, but - in the end - these delays were not deal breakers. We have a tricky leak issue on our roof, and will continue to use Arocon to try and figure out what the cause is...

Description of Work: I had received a few estimates for a new roof and replacement gutter guards. They were all within a couple thousand of one another. The deciding factor to choose Arocon was the in depth detail that Eric (one of the owners) explained how the work would be performed, answered all of our questions, and inspired confidence that they would do the work properly. After a couple of weather related delays, the roofing and gutter guard work was completed in 2 days! Given the size and complexity of our roof this was utterly amazing! Our roof has 9 different HIP designs and very steep. Eric sent a large enough crew to remove the old roof (almost 20 years old), clean up, and complete most of the main house the first day. The next day was the completion of the roof over the garage and the gutter guard replacement and final clean up. On both days the crew showed up early in the morning and kept on working all day until almost nightfall. They were efficient and extremely competent workers who appeared to take pride in their work. There was some minor damage to a door screen and sealing off of the intake pipes for the house heater units which required us to call our Heater maintenance man to come out to determine the problem since both heating units stopped working. (The heating units have safeguards to stop working if anything is blocked. ) Eric took care of the cost of this work and had a person come out within one day to fix the screen and unblock the heating pipes. I would highly recommend AROCON for any roofing jobs. And since they also do home improvements I would imagine that they perform the work as well as the roofing work.

Description of Work: I received an estimage from Arocon Roofing. There estimate was very fair. I have not had the work performed yet. However, I am leaning toward going with Arocon to have the roof replaced. I am still in the planning stage and have not decided on a roofer yet. Of all the roofers I have seen so far Arocon seems to be the best.

Description of Work: I was in need of a gutter replacement my gutter was so bad off that when it rained it poured over the sides like a waterfall as if there was no gutter there I want to commend Arocon for your fine work on my last home improvement project,I want you to know how impressed I am with the professional manner in which you handled the job the company and it's employees should be commended.. Thank you again, I will use this company again and refer them to family and friends... Robert
