Alex from Arocon arrived right on time and was energetic and very knowledgeable about roofing and personable generally. He explained exactly what he was going to do ahead of time and then proceeded to complete a thorough inspection and substantial repair to my roof. My roof is 20 years old. It has a small leak near the chimney and several other issues elsewhere that I was not previously aware of. Alex caulked the problem areas with roofers caulk and showed me the problem areas of concern. He was very thorough and did more than I expected. Would reccomend.

Arocon Roofing sent Eric to my house for the roof and gutter tuneup. It was 28 degrees and the young man did a great job. He asked me about my concerns before he started and addressed them. He showed me pictures before the tuneup and told me everything he did and showed me pictures afterwards. He explained everything to me and when I have this done again next year, Im going to ask that they send Eric or another one of their capable staff out to work on my house. I am a little prejudice since they were the same company I hired to put my roof on 5 years ago. But when you work with a good company you stick with what you know. Thanks Arocon!!!

Satisfied with the work done. Work was done in a timely manner . Clean up around house also done very well. The estimator also was helpful in explaining what needed to be done to provide the best service for the money.

AROCON did a great job at inspecting my roof and doing a couple of needed repairs. Andrew Hamilton was the technician and he did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done for some minor roof repairs. They also provided an electronic report with pictures of the roof and showing before and after of the completed roof work. Very honest company! Will hire again.

Alex called me shortly before his arrival within the two hour time window. He was extremely courteous and after his work, he showed me detailed photos of what he found and what he repaired. There was no high pressure sales pitch to sell me any additional services.

Jason is simply the best. Our builder did a very sloppy job while constructing the roofing gutters. They missed an entire piece of gutter that is supposed to drain water properly. Jason made a quick fix that totally took care of the issue. I would definitely ask for him if you are hiring Arocon.

First time customer; will definitely call Arocon Roofing again. I had a cracked roof vent boot. Andrew Hamilton called ahead to confirm when he'd be coming by. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and explained everything quite well. Their roof tune-up offer was the perfect solution. All roof vents checked and sealed, all shingles examined with some reseated, additional seam caulking done and all gutters checked and cleaned. Excellent job, Thank you Arocon and Andrew Hamilton.

From my first interaction via the phone to the tech who arrived our home this experience has been over the top fantastic. I was greeted when I called by Chelsea and also spoke with Leah. Both of these people treated me with the utmost respected and assured me that the job would be taken care of timely and professionally. Then Jason arrived at our home, he takes his job very seriously and was super knowledgeable and professional. The technician was professional and detailed. I was given pictures of my attic and roof. The pictures of the roof were both before and after repair work was done. The price was reasonable. It would be great to receive some sort of warranty however for the work and materials. The next storm will prove the results of the work. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

Great service, Dylan was here early and waiting for me. Everything was done and cleaned up in a timely fashion. He completed everything I needed as well as an added drip edge to keep the water from running behind my gutter.

We needed a few items addressed from a home inspection and had the tune-up service from Arocon. Our technician, Dylan, was fantastic! He was on time (even a little early), finished quickly, and provided before/after photos to show the great work they did. Also, scheduling with Arocon and figuring out the service that we needed was easy. Great company doing great work!

Guy started completing lower floor. Said he needed to run an errand and would return to finish. Never did.....it has been 2 years. Unsure now of cost. Just guessing.

They can’t do the job for under $2500 and even if they would not be available until 4-5 weeks

We had leaks of unknown origin that Arocon has been working with us to try to address for some time. Finally they suggested we reshingle the roof, with some reluctance we agreed, but they did and amazing and fast job doing so. Would definitely recommend.

Dylan arrived on time and started work immediately. He did a great job. AROCON inspects the roof, gutters, and attic all for one price. Took before and after pics of all the work he did. He was also able to give estimates for gutter covers and adding a downspout to existing gutters. He gave his advice and talked about gutter maintenance going forward. Friendly and professional service. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

Austin did a great job. He was punctual and explained exactly what he was going to do before he went up on the roof. After he finished, he showed me pictures and explained everything that he did. From start to finish, it took about an hour.

We have used this company for several years to do a "tune up" for our roof. Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! In this area, they are a great value with awesome customer service! The office staff is awesome as well! I highly recommend Arocon Roofing! Their service has extended the life of our roof by years!

Alex arrived very punctually at 8am as he said. He went on the roof and made minor repairs and caulked shiner nails and areas he saw needing touch ups. He took pictures of areas of concern for future consideration. He was professional, respectful, and efficient. He took time to explain all his findings and work.

I called for a "roof tune-up" because I had some missing shingles and I received so much more. I received a complete write up of the status of the roof, information on not only the structure but how to maintain it. He checked the gutters and the chimney with the same knowledge base, and provided the same feedback. It was quite impressive.

We were impressed from start to finish with Arocon Roofing & Construction. Eric gave us a very complete and competitive quote. While other roofers were turning us away, Arocon got us a quick installation date, helped us put measures in place to prevent further leaks through our damaged roof and performed one of the fastest roof installations I have ever seen. Our roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with Arocon's service. We were provided photos of the entire process from start to finish and everyone was great to work with.
