Description of Work: After I bought the deal I was told it didn't apply to flat roofs but that the fee would be applied to any work they did. The guy who came out was knowlegable and professional. I got a good explination and quote but the price was a bit high. I got a second quote from a different roofer and decided to go with that company.

Description of Work: Contractor removed last raw of shingles, installed water proved membrane, new shingles over gutters. Then they fixed squirrel entries: installed 2 x 4 under rake, covered it with PVC coated aluminum, sealed all over. Cleaned trash and debris made during their work.

Description of Work: The provider came, measured and talked to us about replacing our roof. We really were impressed with his professionalism and were very interested in getting their quote. Unfortunately, they never got back to us, though every other contractor we contacted did in a timely manner. Don't know why?

We received your Angie's List review this morning that brought to our attention your level of dissatisfaction with our consultation service. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of our company and team. We value our customer service and reputation, and I am very unhappy to hear about this. Chad, the consultant involved, will be reprimanded and dealt with accordingly. I do not know the full details about what other services he was recommending and trying to offer, but if you made it clear that you were only interested in the gutter replacement, he should have skipped the 45 minute long spiel and focused on your immediate goals and needs. I left you a voice message on the cell phone number we have in our system. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you in more detail about the experience and see if there is anything we can do to correct what was done. I wish I would have had the chance to speak with you prior to the Angie's List review being posted. I'm sure we could have resolved the issue a couple weeks ago and possibly had the opportunity to install the 50' gutter at the lowest price possible. Please give me a call when you get a moment so we can discuss this situation and the Angie's List review. A negative review on Angie's List really hurts our company's ability to serve other Angie's List customers, and I would like to know what we can do to hopefully resolve this and make you satisfied with our company.
