Description of Work: They were not able to service flat roofs.

Description of Work: They were courteous in explaining that the pitch of the roof prevented them from completing the service.

Description of Work: The roofer came out but did not get on the roof. We also paid an additional $176.00 which was a total of $276.00. He did not bring a ladder tall enough to get on the roof. I told the company the length of the Townhouse prior to the visit. The job was not performed.

Description of Work: The woman from AROCON looked at our house on Google earth and decided that they couldn't do the service for $99 because our roof line is too steep and it is not walkable.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $99 for a roof tune-up plus gutter cleaning. It was great.

Description of Work: I call to confirm the appointment and she said she had to verify that my house qualified. After looking at my house she said the pitch was to high and I would have to go with a different package that was $251 more. I don't have that right now. So I will have to wait.

Description of Work: The young man (Matt) who responded was on time, used my name (very important to me), explained every step of what he was doing, showed me his photos of the roof and gutters and explained that some of my gutters were just fine and did not need anything. |I really appreciated being served so well and not being sold something for the next time the company wanted to come. |I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Roof maintenance package. Sealed all exposed nail heads, repaired 3 broken shingles, re-sealed chimney flashing, inspected attic space and gutters. I was able to walk the roof with Jesse and he showed me everything he was able to complete as part of the maintenance package. Great work.

Description of Work: Roof Replacement. My brand new roof was looking NICE! They had laid a tarp over my lawn, before beginning, and afterwards my lawn looked none the worse for wear. I was very pleased with the worked done and thanks the two gentlemen who made it possible.

Description of Work: Received a review for new gutters. They were ontime, and really explained everything in great detail. The company also sent emails asking how their estimate went, and I thought they were pretty responsive. We are still getting estimates and have yet to make our final decision, but Arocon seemed like a good company to work with.

Description of Work: This was a roof tune-up which was purchased because it included gutter cleaning which we needed, replacing a piece of siding and perhaps fixing a loose flashing if any existed. I doubted this since the roof was replaced a few years ago. So he looked around, found no roof problems and did the other 2 items. This all fine until he said that the chimney wasn't attached to the house properly and the that the j channel down the side of the chimney was installed and lastly that our house did not appear to be "wapped". Meaning that if one were to pull up the siding, there would be no insulation underneath. This deduction probably came from replacing the piece of siding on the window dormer where I know that there is no insulation. He works for a construction company, so he is trying to get them more business. A company builds a good reputation by the way it conducts its business. I feel that this guy was trying to take me for a ride for things I did not need. I am leery of dealing with someone who just happens to work for a construction company.
