Description of Work: My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new roof! The AROCON reps and workers totally lived up to their sterling reputation, and we recommend them without reservation! :D

Description of Work: Ended up purchasing roof replacement, and the $99 spent was deducted off the total cost. Very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: The initial roof inspection was thorough and the report fairly comprehensive. That said, within 6 months of the initial inspection, the roof leaked. They cheerfully offered to come out and look again--for $99. I had another provider come out to price a new roof or find the problem, which they did for no fee--and fixed it while there. It needed a new pipe boot, some caulk, some rusty nails that had popped replaced and a couple new shingles, which fixed the leaking. I'm no expert on roofs, but it seems to me that Arocon should have found the popped/rusted nails, even if the boot were in dandy shape last August. (Consequence: I have to replace the plaster on the ceiling that came down.)

Description of Work: Installed new roof. Their lack of customer service is just sub-par.Once they received the down payment trying schedule a date was such a monumental task. The original date that the sales person told us was never scheduled. After that day came and went, the scheduling point of contact would not return calls and when she did had an attitude. After several weeks, they finally scheduled us for a Sunday morning. Although we knew they had to install a new skylight, no one ever told us of the internal damage to the wall on the inside of the house. We were informed that they could not help us repair that damage since it was the original contractor they did a bad job. My elderly neighbors have asked if they would recommend this company and I have told them never.

Description of Work: Patched roof and re-sealed roof penetrations as part of check-up

Description of Work: Only 4 of 5 shingles were replaced, and were of wildly wrong color. Black shingles put on a nearly white roof. I need to pay another company to fix this problem now.

Description of Work: Contractor arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional and courteous. I purchased a special roof "Big Deal" via Angie's list. Description indicated that they would inspect the roof. and do minor repairs and clean the gutters. The ad did not indicate that if there was any form of gutter cover, they would not do the cleaning. My gutters had a simple mesh covering that would have been very simple to lift an replace. He refused to do so, saying that the "rules" do not permit him to touch the gutter shield. I think this should have been stated clearly in the advertisement. Had I known this before I would not have purchased this "Special".

Description of Work: Bought a deal on Angie's list and they cleaned the gutters and did a review of the roof complete with pictures of what they found. Would use them again.

Description of Work: The roof is high quality materials and installed in one day, like they promised. But, They did not trim the overhanging shingles in the gutter, leaving a perfect leaf trap! I sent photos promptly of the 2" overhang. They avoided my calls--"project manager is in a meeting." Once they had my check in the bank, they were completely unresponsive. |Go up on your new roof to inspect before you sign off!

Description of Work: Overall, it was a good experience. My feelings, however are mixed. I have a new roof and that is a relief. Improvements though are needed: the no. of nails (well over 100) were left at the scene, one right behind the wheel of my car. Yes, I counted. Then, the removal of my Gutter Helmet was done in a rough manner resulting in my having to purchase replacements at the cost of over $350 plus the fee Gutter Helmet charges in order to keep the warranty. The gutter helmet pieces were tossed onto my front lawn and there they sat for me to deal with. Could someone have discussed that with me? As to whether I would use them again...it's a maybe.

Description of Work: they inspected the roof, identified some leaks and fixed them. they recommended that the roof be replaced soon and gave me an estimate for the new roof. Very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: We have used this company before and were very pleased, so when we needed a new roof and siding we went with them again. We were happy with their work. Their workers are polite and friendly and clean. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Description of Work: They gave us a roof tune up (which is the deal we purchased through Angie's List), went in the attic and did an inspection of the roof from the inside, took pictures while in the attic of places our roof needed repair, leaks to be sealed, etc., and then did the repairs, re-sealing, etc. Jessie, the serviceman, was very professional, helpful, and spent as much time with us as we needed answering our questions.

Description of Work: Refused to honor deal because our roof was "too steep". Wanted to charge 3X the amount.
