Description of Work: They sent one guy with a bucket to clean my gutters. He didn't bring the appropriate tools to get the job done so it was a waste of my time and money. Won't be using them again.

Description of Work: Gutter/roof inspection - everyone I was in contact with was great. Jason was punctual, pleasant, experienced, and thorough. He took care of some major issues before he completed the service. He took pictures and explained his findings thoroughly. He called Sara(h) and scheduled an appt with the consultant Larry. They worked with my schedule and showed a lot of flexibility. Based on my experience today, I will expect just as pleasant an experience with the consultant Larry. Next week.

Description of Work: Roof inspection and fixed some leaks. Other contractors had tried to convince us that we needed a new roof, rather than just fixing a leak around the chimney. They were really helpful, quick and thorough, and didn't try to oversell us on the needed work. I would certainly go to them again in the future.
