Description of Work: Tightened gutter mounts and replaced weathered caulking around the chimney.

Description of Work: They inspected my roof and made minor repairs to the roof and siding. They were supposed to tack down some loose siding. They put big nails in the middle of the siding which all popped out. Now I have holes in the siding and have to get the siding fixed again. I don't know if they actually repaired the shingles on the roof because I cannot get up there to see. I am selling my home so it was very important for me to get the siding repaired properly.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters. He came early because they were calling for rain. He took before and after pictures. He worked quickly and was business like and very friendly. He did a good job.

Description of Work: Scheduling a date for the service could have gone better, as they seemed busy. Once that was done, however, everything else was very well done. Showed up on time, professional, quick, and they documented everything in the inspection report.

Description of Work: The date for servicing the gutter was too far away, which I at first accepted anyway. Then they called to move the date two more days further away. I took this date at first too but my gutter needs immediate attention due to last night's storm, so I am doing the work myself. Description of Work: Gutter tune-up. Cleaned gutters and performed minor repairs. Service was scheduled about three weeks in advance. Jason showed up on time and did a fine job, later showed photos of work performed. Recommended.

Description of Work: We paid $99 for a roof tune-up package and shingle replacement. They were to do a 21 point attic roof and gutter inspection report with before and after pictures. We saw no pictures and received no report. We were told that they would replace some loose shingles and a boot. They never came back. We contacted them approximately two weeks later to ask when they would be back to replace the shingles and boot. There was no response. We feel we paid $99 for nothing. We did ask for an estimate on another area of our roof that we wanted changed. They did get back to us with an estimate for that work. The estimate was way more than we wanted to pay. Maybe they were going to do all the work at the same time. But when we told them we weren't interested in the additional work, they never came back to take care of what would have been included in the $99.

Description of Work: Hunter Riley came out and did an inspection of the roof, took pictures, came down and told me what needed to be done and then completed the work and came down and showed me the pictures. He was very fast and honest. Suggested I need a roof in about 2 years but didn't force me me to purchase a product from them. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, no BS and tells you the truth without being one of those annoying sales people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and Hunter, great job!
