Description of Work: Repair roof.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on our townhouse after we had hail damage. They were very responsive. We wanted to use Owens Corning shingles - Arocon has the highest installer training level given by Owens Corning. Their price was about half of what the other companies we spoke with wanted to charge for the same shingles. They did a great job, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning and tune up. The service and technician were great. My only negative is that service was scheduled a month in advance and had to be paid at scheduling. Not sure what would happen if the customer were unhappy with the service when paid so far in advance.

Description of Work: All in all, quite pleased with Arocon. They sent a competent person out to assess the job. On day of the work, the crew arrived somewhat later than originally scheduled, and we had to phone the main office to check on this -- we were told the crew was running late on another job but would be here around 3 and they were. Two - man crew, had what they needed, replaced two skylights and as promised in the original estimate replaced plywood where there was a leak from the old skylight. We now have no leak in our roof, two new skylights. Think the price could have been a bit lower given that this involved only 3 to 4 hours labor and skylights are not that expensive in themselves. But again, all in all, quite satisfied with level of professionalism and solved our problem.

Description of Work: Roof replacement, tuck pointing/ masonry repair, chimney crown replacement, attic fan installation. Arocon matched and beat the estimates of much cheaper competition, did an excellent job on each part of the job, but beware of how long it takes to schedule service, missed deadlines, delayed response to emails and calls. Overall I'm very satisfied but getting there was not frustration-free. They did extra work that I needed help with and I appreciated the one stop shop service and the quality nevertheless. Would recommend.

Description of Work: when due to weather and bad scheduling service was postponed several times When serviceman did arrive he claimed he preformed the work but did not even get on the roof!I had my sister at the house and she reported he didn't even pull a ladder off the truck so we know the service was not preformed as they claim. so the report that was left in the doorway was a falsehood. so much for integrity...I called to complain and was told I was supposed to be at the house during the work,,,thats why it was done that way. I spoke with the office several times and was never told that. I feel I was robbed of my money and would NEVER use such shady people again. I suppose there really aren't any great deals anymore.

Description of Work: Had the gutters cleaned and inspected. The price was an Angie's List deal. The workman was here for maybe 15 minutes. I'm taking his word that all gutters were cleaned.

Description of Work: The gentleman who showed up cleaned out and washed out my gutters. Will not be using his service again since I added gutter helmets to my existing gutters. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: The rep arrived about a half hour after the arrival window began. He was courteous and explained the problems he found to me quite well. He recommended and helped schedule a free consultation regarding the issues he found with our gutters. Our fascia had dry rotted and our gutters were attached with indoor drywall screws instead of exterior screws. |We had the consultation on what it would cost to replace the fascia and install a gutter guard system. We are still shopping around on the price of updating our gutters.

Description of Work: They arrived a little bit early for the appointment. Checked the gutters which didn't need much work after all. Since he had extra time, he did some additional roof inspection and made repairs to the flashing in a couple of spots. Gave a thorough report of everything he found and repaired. Very straightforward and friendly. Would highly recommend

Description of Work: AROCON provided a gutter tune-up and gutter cleaning service for me. I had birds nesting in my gutters and the service provider did an awesome job of clearing out all of the debris. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: checked roof for leaks etc. Had to come back to replace shingles and were unable to come for about two weeks.

Description of Work: They cleaned and checked my gutters. The cleaning was basically looking for obvious clogs. I thought they would remove the gutter covers and remove any debris that might have gotten in but that was outside the scope of the job. They also checked my roof and took pictures in an area where I have a leak which I was able to use to get quotes for a repair.

Description of Work: Go up on my roof to tell me he had to refer the job to the construction part of the company and someone would contact me in a couple of days that never happened

Description of Work: Gutters and downspouts were not properly cleaned at first visit. When I called they claimed that the gutters and downspouts had been properly cleared of debris. When they returned for a second visit they found that the downspouts were clogged. They properly cleared the downspouts at that time.

Description of Work: Installed gutters to porch roof that were too small then had to trim roof so rain would flow into gutters instead of over then. I then had to hire another professional to repair the terrible job they did when they trimmed back the roof.It cost me an additional seven hundred dollars. What I really did not understand is that they still installed the gutters knowing that they were the wrong size!!

Description of Work: Ian (the roofer sent to our home) was great. He was professional, friendly and quick. The only reason I didn't give the company straight "A"s is because the dispatch rep didn't return my calls timely (left 3 messages for her before she had someone else give me a time and date) and never called me back to give me the arrival window for my appointment.
