Description of Work: I made this purchase in Aug. A reppresentative came out to the home examined the roof, and i have not heard from them. I contacted them about two weeks ago to see when the work would be scheduled but I was asked for my email address. No further response. They have already received payment of $3000.00. Not good service

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked gutters. It was too wet to caulk but he offered to come back if we saw any signs of leaking. The whole process only took about a half hour, but it seems to have been effective as we haven't had problems with our gutters overflowing, as we did before.

Description of Work: I had a minor leak in my roof and called for a tune up just to find out if it is anything serious. Found out it was just the exhaust flip that was open, it was tightened and the gutters were cleaned as well. Wish I knew the gutters were included before I had paid someone about a month ago. Received a detailed assessment of my roof which was helpful. Very polite, concise and detailed service.

Description of Work: We have done three major projects with AROCON. The first was our roof, gutters and downspouts. Then we called on them to metalize our soffets & eaves. Then we had them re-side the house. Those jobs were done between Sept, 2014 and Mar. 2015. Nate, our sales rep, was excellent. Job crews were hard working and unobtrusive. Clean ups were thorough. House looks fantastic.

Description of Work: Showed up early and got the work done quickly. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 roof tune up from Arocon which is a heck of a deal considering what all is provided. The roof technician, Hunter Riley was extremely knowledgable and able to answer all my questions along with providing great suggestions/solutions. Hunter replaced shingles, caulked nails, replaced collars and hammered down exposed nail heads. After the work was complete Hunter provided me a copy of the 21 point inspection report he filled out along with pictures of the before and after work he completed. We went through each item in the inspection. He described each item and the condition of that particular item on my roof. Overall the experience could not have been more positive. I will use Arocon and request Hunter for future roofing needs.

Description of Work: Ian arrived on time and was very professional. He provided recommendations for several repairs and identified several issues with the roof that were not previously noted by our insurance company appraisers. We will continue to work with Arocon Roofing for future work. |
