Description of Work: A very thorough gutter cleaning. Included photos of before and after. Also blew leaves off the roof and pointed out several roof and gutter issues. The cleaner was able to schedule my roof inspection before he left.

Description of Work: I had booked and paid for this service. Then we had to have our roof replaced. The roofers had also cleaned the gutters when they were finished, so there was not much cleaning needed. Arocon inspected our gutters, found no real problems. We had declined an attic inspection.

Description of Work: They performed a inspection, tune up repairs on my roof and inspected the attic. They appeared very knowledgable and were very personable. I would call them for a quote on any roof repairs or replacement.

Description of Work: Company totally unresponsive to multiple requests for an estimate for gutter replacement. Claiming to be working on the estimate when they had not visited the property. and then rushing round to view the project with no additional message or follow up correspondence. Still weeks later have not heard from them.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a roof tune up. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone pulled up a google earth picture of my home and was asking if there was a large vine still there on the house. I said no, it's not there. She also claimed that there was no access to the roof, and I told her there was. She was arguing with me about my own home over a google earth picture that was probably years old! She also said that since I had a 3 story, they would have to charge more. It was stated in the deal that it only applies to roofs 20 ft and under, which is misleading, because most residences in the area are 3 story row houses. It seems like she was looking for reasons to not honor the deal I purchased.

Description of Work: We signed up for an Angie's List Deal for a roof tune up from Arocon. We had scheduled the appointment but that day was raining so they could not do it and we had to reschedule. The person we spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and courteous. Hunter, the technician that came out was great. He did a thorough job of checking out the roof, took pictures and showed them to my husband. He fixed the few shingles that were loose and replaced two collars. He said our roof was in good shape and didn't try and sell us a new roof or anything else we did not need. The only negative I can say about Arocon is that it takes a little while to get an appointment. It seems like they try to batch appointments for the same area on the same day which is understandable. I would recommend them and if we have any issues with our roof I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
