Description of Work: Arcon cleaned my gutters. They also checked them out to see if there was anything that needed to be be addressed. There was a section that was overflowing and after they cleaned the gutters it stopped immediately. Great service.

The appointment set was cancelled due to the customer not returning contact to confirm the appointment (we do require confirmation prior to the appointment time). Description of Work: Due to strong winds that occurred 8 or 9 months ago, two shingles blew off the roof. We live in practically a new home (9 yrs. old) We were sold on a promotion that the roofing company would replace up to 5 shingles free along with a roof inspection; however, roofer spoke with my wife, while I was at work and no shingles were replace. Instead the company use the opportunity to give us an $480.00 estimate for an additional tune job that was not causing any immediate problems for the home. We only asked for them to replace the two shingles that had blown off as part of the promotion. If the two shingles had been replaced, as requested, I would have set up another appointment at a later date for any additional work that needed to be done. I was not very happy with this service call.
