Description of Work: They installed a new roof and took off all the many, many layers that comprised the old roof. The did a great job and were very professional.

Description of Work: I got a flat roof tune up. The person from Arocon roofing was helpful and explained in detail what work he did, the condition of my roof and what further work may be needed. The roof did not leak at all in the next heavy rain, so I think he was successful in finding the two leaks we had.

Description of Work: Very professional and very thorough. They even repaired a problem with the edge of the gutter where a screw had come loose and the gutter was pulling away from the house. A+++ service and very friendly.

Description of Work: Arocon put a new roof and gutters on my 20-year-old house. In general, the new roof and gutters are exactly what we expected. There were a few punch-out items but Arocon took care of these items promptly. | | I am disappointed in the final appearance of the edge of the garage roof. This impacts curb appeal and we redid the roof partly because we are going to be selling in a few years. The saggy roof is the first thing a buyer sees. | | I discussed the issue with the supervisor on the phone and the owner on-site. Their conclusion was that the garage roof trusses are bad. If that is the case, Arocon should have pointed that out prior to installation. Their estimator was here for 90 minutes to do the estimate - he should have said more than just new shingles were needed to fix that sag. The owner did give me the contact info for a framer who could fix the sag by working on the trusses - at my expense. I have yet to contact this framer. | | Also, we had copper flashing from original construction and Arocon replaced it with a big hunk of black plastic. The copper was quite attractive, the black plastic is not. | |The Arocon team is easy to contact, responsive and professional. Their price is very competitive and they used quality materials.

Description of Work: Showed up for 10 minutes. Never contacted me again. That was before Christmas. Talked to representative. She said they would call. Never heard from them again.
