Description of Work: I had to call them to get them to schedule the appointment for this roof tuneup. They said that they forgot to get in touch with me after I bought this deal. In fact, I had to call several times before finally getting someone to answer the phone and schedule the work. Once scheduled, the "technician" arrived as promised. I would not know how thorough a job he did as I did not watch him the entire time. I can say that the "attic inspection" was only a very fast look in one area of the attic. He said that he did some repairs to the roof inclduing one that he felt was causing a small leak at the ridge vent. I was advised that there is one area (small) that felt mushy and soft and that it should be replaced (plywood underneath, etc.) so I asked for an estimate to do that work. They had to send a different person to do that estimate which they did. The estimate seems high so I cam going to get another one to make sure the price is not too high. Overall, not a bad experience, just would have expected none of the issues from such a highly rated company but anyone can have hiccups.

Description of Work: Did some minor sealing of roof. |Don't be!ieve they did |ALL as advertised, though did a pretty good roof inspection. For $99, pretty fair experience. The sealing they did, did fix our leak, so I'll say mission accomplished.
