Description of Work: Roof inspection and minor sealing were completed. Scheduling was a few weeks in advance to accommodate both my work schedule and the company's availability. More work was recommended but I had to schedule a separate time for an estimate. One of the problems I reported, which triggered the initial appointment, was deferred to the estimate appointment and then I was told that it was such a small piece of work he couldn't provide a competitive price. Frustrating circle of events.

Description of Work: *BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING* In our conversation to schedule our gutter cleaning, we discovered they do not remove ( snap on or any other type) gutter guards and clean inside. They just clean off the top. I am not sure how this can be considered "gutter cleaning" when in gutter guard instances, they do not go beyond them. When I asked the lady to explain to me then what they did/what was the service, she became indigent and seemed insulted that I would ask such a thing.

Description of Work: Highly recommend for roof (tear-off) and gutter replacement. We had the sales associate come in and we were quoted a reasonable price. We had a quote for over $30,000 from another company a few days prior. The roof was done in a day. (Side note: if you have a dog, please make arrangements for the dog to be out of the house while this is happening. We are green homeowners and made a mistake and allowed our dog to stay home. Even with me being home, it is just too stressful.) they came back a few days later to finish the gutters. Everything looks amazing and we are happy with the quality. Even when we had questions and concerns, they came out and relieved our fears/concerns. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

Description of Work: I purchased a gutter tune up and cleaning. I was mainly concerned about the gutter on the front of my house that is not draining properly. Jason Easton was the technician that came out and he did an excellent job cleaning the gutter and confirmed that the front gutter had an issue. He tried to make a temporary correction which was appreciated. I received an estimate for replacement gutters that I hope to take advantage of as soon as money permits.

Description of Work: Did a nice job. Made suggestions as to what kind of roofing to put on. Wasn't sure without seeing the final product, but I like it.

Description of Work: Roof maintenance including up to 5 shingles replaced. | |Even though I had one shingle that was missing, I was told that they would have to replace 16 tabs and that they would be happy to send someone for an estimate. I declined. | |The serviceman did review the roof and caulked areas that needed it. but I feel that if one shingle need 16 tabs for repair, what type of problem would only take 5 (as advertised)

Description of Work: First scheduled appointment got cancelled due to inclement weather. The Rep called and rescheduled, she was responsive and courteous. The technician showed on time did his work. He shared before and after pictures of the fixes and walked me through them. I liked the work he did.

Description of Work: Removed gutter guards and adjusted gutters. Replace a 4 ft clogged portion of gutter drain for free. Gutters are better but they still leak at all the seems.
