+ 5 moreHe stuck with the price that he said it was going to be in the beginning. He was great. He was there everyday that he said he would be there. He wasn't there for a couple of days while we waited for the countertops to come in. He was absolutely on time. He also was very, very pleasant and very personable.
Description of Work: He installed a new counter in the kitchen. He pulled out what was there and put in a brand new counter top. He checked all the windows to make sure they were in good order. He wired up in the ceiling where a light bulb would go and he attached that and he put a decorative cover over that. He did so many things. He installed shoe molding on the floor. He painted some things and puttied some things and caulked the shower and bathtub and places on the wall that needed that kind of thing. I already had it painted but it needed a lot of touch up. He installed new blinds. He installed a new thermostat. He fixed the closet door in the kitchen to one of the pantries. He removed wire from the baseboards and the cabinets. He removed the old stove and refrigerator because I had to get new ones. I asked about the vents in the floor for the a/c because they were all rusted. He bought new ones and put them in. He did a lot. I can't even remember everything.
