Very well. Happy with all the work.

I picked them before they were on Angie's List, and I have been using them for about 2 years. They are a family run company, they couldn't be nicer people. I have used 3 of the technicians, and they are very clean. They wear booties when they come into your home, they give you the price ahead of time, they are local, and come very quickly.

I only gave a B on price because I didn't get any other estimates, I selected Apple plumbing based on Angie's list reviews. I could have bought the sink same at Home Depot cheaper and just had Apple install it, but was just too lazy. Plus when I called the company and brought that price difference up, I was told that if the sink was defective in some way, I would be the one that had to return it etc. Ray, the plumber who did the job, was extremely nice, helpful and informative. I gave the professionalism B rating because even though it was 3 weeks from the time I ordered the sink to the date of installation, and for repair of the faucet handle, the person responsible for ordering the parts for the sink and faucet didn't get everything needed to finish the job. I had taken a day off work to have the repairs done, so I was a little miffed, however, Ray went out to a supplier to buy one part, then came back another evening to finish the job without extra charge.

We originally called to have them fix and install new fixtures, basically service, not product. Overall, it was a high pressure sell, which I believe cost about 40% more than I could have purchased myself. When we called to schedule the work, the woman on the phone worked over my wife and myself, until we agreed to purchase the new kitchen faucet they recommended, which we purchased from another source, since it was half what they wanted to charge us. Still, I don't believe it was any better than what I purchased. Then she pushed us to purchase the shower valve assembly and head set from them, which we did. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable, but I just couldn't seem to get it out of my head, that he was attempting to pad his hours. It wasn't that he was working slowly, he was always moving, it's just that he kept assembling and disassembling his tools, walking back and forth from what he was doing to his tools, etc.,. He was very personable, it was just an impression. About a month after he did the work, I discovered the kitchen sink was leaking into the basement and caused a huge flood and much damage. I had to replace the sink valves myself and then it cost me over $500 to clean up the damage and the mess. Overall I'm giving them a D. Though the impression of padding hours bothered me, it is really for the high pressure sales job and the leak he either caused or failed to fix. I am not recommending the to family, friends, or neighbors.

Martin and Patrick did a great job. They arrived EARLY and spent most of the day here. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and spent time going over the job with my husband and keeping us informed of their progress. They provided an on-site estimate as soon as they gathered the requirements. They left their work areas clean and free of debris. We will definitely have them back for our future plumbing needs. It was fantastic. Their work was first class and the people they sent were very professional. I appreciate any company that always make an effort to treat your house with courtesy, which Apple has done every time I've used them. I don't know if their pricing is higher than others, but they bailed me out after a different, lower cost local plumber left me in a jam and I've never been dissatisfied with them. I like knowing that I don't have anything to worry about when I hire Apple for a job.

They had to cut a whole in the wall in the room next to the bathroom. He fixed the leak and instructed my wife that he cut the whole the size so she would have an easy access panel that you could purchase from HD. I am very pleased with the work!

Everything went great! They were very good on the phone and came out to our home quickly. They had everything resolved within a few hours.

They did great. I chose them because when I looked them up online I saw comments about them being courteous, on time and they didn't overly charge. Having them work for me I found that to be true.

Originally arranged for Apple to service my original unit, but before they got too far into the work, they alerted me to a problem with the unit's condition that was preventing it from functioning correctly. They explained my options: continue with the planned service and deal with it later, repair the unit, or replace it with a newer system. Since I had heard from other plumbers that the unit was deteriorating (and it was 15 years old), I chose to halt the planned work and consider appropriate long term options. After several lengthy conversations with the master plumber and the business owner, I initially chose to repair the unit since replacement was more than double the cost and I really didn't have the money to invest in a new unit, even though that would have been my preference. I made arrangements for the repair which I was assured would work, although not as well as a new unit - not surprising. The owner then mentioned to me that, assuming my credit was good, they could provide a same-as-cash financing option for 12 months. Given this information, I decided to take the new unit instead. The service was performed as expected, and when expected, with minimal interruption to my household. I also received a great price (I had shopped around with other plumbers and all were at least 10% more than my final cost. This was the second time I've used Apple for a major job and I've been pleased on both occasions, despite the cost surprise. They are honest and fair. And they took the time to explain everything I needed to know. They also did not pressure me to spend more than I wanted.

The owner is extremely attentive, he comes on site to check the work and answer questions. The quality of their work is great and they are very neat and conscientious. It is nice to not have to search anymore.

Apple Plumbing did a series of small jobs for us. They installed a sink and toilet in a bathroom, replaced a faucet in the laundry room and attended to another leaky faucet. The plumber and trainee they sent were quiet, polite and respectful. The thing I value the most however is their honesty. The one leaky faucet was over 40 years old and the plumber told me that he could fix it if I wanted to but it would be much cheaper for me to go to the local hardware store and replace it entirely. That they would work to save me money at the cost of them making less for themselves was surprising and deeply appreciated. I will trust them with any new plumbing, heating or solar panel work that I need in the future without hesitation.

Everything went great, the tech answered all my questions. He was very professional. Have already scheduled another appointment with them for other work to be done.

We purchased this house in spring, 2011. It needed MANY upgrades. We are new to the area and interviewed several plumbers. Hired Apple Plumbing & Heating to install propane line to kitchen and laundry area. They worked with the county inspectors and performed an excellent job. The service tech was even willing to speak by phone with the dryer rep when we couldn't get the new gas dryer to light properly (turned out we needed a new "igniter" on the new dryer -- totally unrelated to the plumbing job). A couple months later we wanted them to first explain, then check, service and make recommendations on the well pump and associated pieces (pressure tank, conditioner, etc). Again, excellent service and friendly and informed personnel. We will call Apple for any other plumbing issues that may arise.

I emailed a bit of an emergency 10pm Saturday night, when I discovered our hot water heater was leaking. After watching the leak turn into a constant flow, I emailed Sunday night and and received a response from apple Plumbing soon after stating he would call me about 7:30am on Monday. I agreed to have them come out an hour later even with Apple Plumbing picking a special gas hot water heater with power vent and a pressure tank, drain pan and scheduling the inspector.I was smart enough to request a drain pan be included in the installation considering what I just went thru with the old one. I purchased concrete blocks to elevate the pan and hot water heater, to get the pan high enough to drain to the sump pump. They were more than happy to indulge my drainage concept and even adapted the design to connect all drain lines directly to the sump pump. I had two plumbers to move the old half empty hot water heater out and then new one in and make all the connections. The old one was leaking clear and rusty water on the basement carpet but they came back and immediately blotted up the drips before they became stains. The work was well done with new connections to the code compliant power vent that was completely sealed, unlike the old existing set up. From start to finish the work was completed in just under 3 hours. All old parts, packaging and excess pieces were cleaned up. The county inspection went well and all is well as I write this weeks later, to tell you that the hot water heater is a nice piece of equipment and find my self tweaking the thermostat down every week to find the optimal temp for the water and efficiency. Yes I thought it was a bit more expensive than I was hoping, but I was even able to obtain the financing to pay for the installation thru Apple Plumbing and their financing bank.

Service was performed expertly. Plumber arrived on time. House was left spotless. Old sink/vanityfaucet were removed from premises with no extra charge. Superb customer service. No complaints, would hire again.

My well pump suddenly died one morning. I called Apple Plumbing since they had installed a water heater in my home the previous year and did a great job. Apple Plumbing sent someone out within an hour to diagnose the problem which he did almost immediately. Within an hour of that, we had a plumber out installing a new well pump and wiring. By 3 PM we had water again. Apple Plumbing is by FAR the best experience I have ever had with a plumber or any other service provider. They are highly efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone!
