Allbrite Pressure Wash Inc

Our house was recently put up for sale, and one of the things the agent recommended is pressure washing the left side of the house as it's the first thing you see when coming up our road. We leave in the middle of the woods and don't get a lot of direct sunlight which cause quite a build up of mold and mildew on that particular side. Having no desire to do this work myself, I contacted Allbrite on Thursday 12/5 at 2:00pm in the afternoon figuring it would be a few days before someone could come out. They sent someone out within 30 minutes to give me an estimate on the siding as well as a brick patio, brick walkway, concrete walkway and our front porch. I had originally only intended to have the siding done, but the estimate was so good for everything we decided to do it all. A very professional and friendly gentlemen came out the very next morning at 9am and in 2 hours had completed all the work. The house looks amazing and it definitely made a huge improvement to the curb appeal. Great company, I would definitely use again.

The pressure wash portion of the job was completed quickly and thoroughly. When the worker left, he said he didn't think it would need to be sealed. Once it finally dried, I was a bit concerned about some patches that looked like raw wood. Several days later, after I'd put everything back on the deck, the crew returned to seal everything. After telling them that the first guy said he didn't think it would need to be sealed and that I'd put everything back on the deck, I was told it wouldn't be a problem for them to move the deck furniture/etc and complete the job. Within a couple hours the job was completed. I'm planning on using this company in the spring for house/sidewalk powerwashing and some exterior painting that needs to be freshened up.

They beat a competitors price by a good margin and performed more service! The cleared out all of the mold and debris from the entire front of my house. They were prompt with the service even though I called two days prior! I will use them in the future and refer them to friends.

Allbrite did an excellent job washing the inside and outside of our heavily mildewed screened-in porch and one side of our house. They took precautions so the stained decking was not damaged. I was very happy with the results.

Have been using Allbrite Pressure Wash for over 20 years and have always received excellent service! They come every Spring to power wash my deck and then return promptly in a few days to seal the deck with a great material that protects the deck until the next Spring. My deck is 23 years old and you would never know it from the outstanding maintenance provided by Allbrite. They are a little pricey but worth it!

We requested and received an estimate over the internet. After reviewing several bids we chose Allbrite. A quick phone call scheduled the service. The contractor showed up on the date and time agreed upon. He did a beautiful job. In some places the mold and mildew buildup was quite extensive. In addition, the house is on a hill so the back is 3 stories to the roof line. When he was done, you would never have known we had a problem. He went out of his way to be sure that the house looked fabulous when he was done, and avoided damaging our shrubs. Highly recommended.

I wasn't home but there are some areas that I would have pointed out to them to re-do if I were. Overall the house looks fine.

All of the work was done well. The driveway which was heavily stained concrete is now looking good. The siding and the gutters are sparkling clean. Overall, a great job!

The experience was professional from the very beginning until the end. Thea is a great communicator. I was scheduled three weeks out and contacted as the third week was approaching about a final date. They arrived on time and did a great job. Work area was cleaned up except the house vinyl strip that met the deck floor. There was stain on the vinyl. It is a hard area to work with. I called about how to clean it off. It was suggested nail polish remover or paint remover. If I didn?t get it off, they would come out and clean it. It did come off but it was a tough job. I believe this should have been taken care at the time the work was done. I suggest customers be advised to put some sort of tape to cover the area from the stain spraying process since it is difficult area to work with. Overall, I was pleased with the staff and the work.

The initial conversation on the phone was specific regarding cleaning house gutters in addition to pressure washing. The estimate provided stated "...pressure wash house & gutters". Although All-Brite was given a 1/3 advanced deposit, they only came to do the work after being called and reminded. Finally showed after the contract expired. When they did come, work was shoddy, large anti-freeze spill left in the driveway from their truck, cigarette butts everywhere, etc. After they departed the gutters still had plants growing in them and several parts of the house had not been washed. I called All-Brite and the company sent someone back out. After the second visit, the gutters had still not been touched. I called All-Brite back again and was told that the quote didn't include the gutters. I read the quote to them and was told that the quote simply meant they would pressure wash the outside of the gutters along with the rest of the house. After arguing that a reasonable person probably wouldn't interpret the estimate in such a way All-Brite agreed to come back a third time. The gutters appear to have now been cleaned. Much of the siding still has 'fly speck' spots that can be scrapped off but were not pressure washed. Rather than continue the battle, we've paid the $475. I would never hire this company again.

The experience was very professional from the very beginning to the end. They got me the quote very quickly and it was less than 2 other quotes that I received. I asked them for references, which they happily provided. I spoke with 3 references, and everyone was very happy with Allbrite's work and price. They did a great job on the pressuring washing at my place, I'd be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Allbrite is responsive by phone and John was out the same day we called to give an estimate. Within a couple of days (in early May) we signed a contract to have the work started by May 25. A crew came on May 22 to do the washing and another crew came on May 23 to seal the deck. Both our siding and deck were big and dirty. The crews worked quickly but did good jobs on both the cleaning and sealing.

We have used them once, and we are scheduled again. We missed a Fall special, so I called and talked to them. I asked if they had any specials going on now. They told me they would call me back, and she called back and said they would give me a 10% discount. They were prompt and did a good job. They explained that there was some kind of mold that they would probably not be able to get off due to the mulch. They warned us in advance. They told us what we had to do to prep the house. They did a good job. We asked them if we needed to call them every year to do it, and they told us we only needed it every 3 years on an as needed basis. I think their prices are reasonable. We were referred to them from a neighbor who is very particular about their house. I knew if they used them, we should use them. They were top-notch.

I use Allbrite every two years. I have been pleased with the results Allbrite Pressure Wash has provided. They keep my deck from deteriorating. They show up on time, weather permitting. They are very knowledgeable. They know what needs to be done, and how to do it. They clean up after themselves.

I was very satisfied with the work performed. I had never had the cedar in the porch cleaned before and was concerned the wood could be damaged. I also have recessed lights and a ceiling fan and I was concerned that a problem could occur with the electric. But they did an excellent job cleaning the porch. It looks as good as the day I moved in my house. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They did a good job on all the other work as well. The two young men who did the cleaning were very professional and conscientious. John, the owner, returned several days later to do the staining and did a great job. I had used Allbrite in the past to pressure clean my previous home and I would definitely use them again.

Company responded quickly to initial call and came out to give an estimate. Work was scheduled within two weeks of estimate.

We have used this company several times and over time the service has become more expensive and less personal. On this occasion, there was a gap in communication between what areas had been requested for power washing and what the actual workers had been told. The office staff quickly and courteously resolved this, but it had never been a problem before. The work got done over a two-week period of time due to poor weather, but the results were good. Our deck is old and this company has helped us maintain it.

In general, they were OK. The subcontractor who did the pressure washing did a good job, but he more or less offered to pressure wash another platform in our yard for a little money under the table. A separate subcontractor did the sealing. He did an OK job, but he forgot to seal the storage bench. When I called the office to report this they adjusted the price for me.

Excellent service - took care of everything by phone and mail. Work was good and timely.

They were very responsive. Came out right away to give me an estimate. Do to the weather and volume of business, it took about three weeks from the time of estimate to getting the job done. They did a great job and cleaned up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My neighbor had her deck done at the same time, so we both got a 10% discount. I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

We had both house and deck washed. I was pleased with the results. Work was done on time and the workers were very professional. I would use this company again.

Overall , company did a good job. Thought the price was high, but didn't have any other estimates to compare to. The results were noticeable improved. Operator was careful not to damage shrubs, trees, screens, etc. Very professional and courteous.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST. IT APPEARS TO BE A FAIRLY SMALL COMPANY SO IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE THEY CAME OUT. THE WORK THEY DO IS WORTH THE WAIT ALTHOUGH THEY APPEAR A LITTLE PRICEY.

THIS COMPANY DID EXCELLENT WORK, VERY COMPLETE AND ATTRACTIVE JOB. VERY HONEST, IN THAT HE DID NOT TELL ME WE NEED THE HOUSE PAINTED LAST YEAR, WHEN IT DIDN'T REALLY NEED IT.
