We had the guys from Allbright out last week to pressure wash our house, deck, front walk, concrete stairs leading to our basement, and our side of the backyard fence. We also had them put a coat of water seal on the fence. The work was great. The guys that showed up at the house were friendly and professional. They got the done in less time than I expected, and everything looked great. Then, they came back a couple of days later, after the fence had a chance to dry, and put on the water seal. The fence looks really great now, and the house is nice and clean. Definitely a great group to work with.

Great, everything came out looking brand new all technicians did a great job and were very helpful and informative. Would use again and recommend to everyone.

Allbrite exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend. The crew was polite, punctual and did a thorough but careful job cleaning everything. We had a number of weather delays (snow and hurricane force winds so all legitimate) and each time, the office staff contacted me ahead of time to let me know they would not be able to make it and to find out what day/time would be best for me to reschedule the appointment. I wish all comtractors were as diligent in their follow up.

They come out every year and do and check the deck. They charge a little bit more, but they're very good at it.They do have a sense of humor.I use them every year.I just call them. I haven't had any issues. I think there are two or three workers that come out and do the work.

Allbright was courteous and responsive with their bid and their technician came on time and did a good thorough job.

It went well. I received a quote for both cleaning and staining. I was able to get all of my questions answered. They obviously know their business. About a week later, as scheduled, the deck was cleaned and power washed. When completed, the deck looked like when I had completed the last staining 2 years ago. I did the staring this time also. Looks great!

Excellent work - house looks new, all the green is gone. Did the screened in porch and a walk out exit concrete, all looks great. There are some chemical smells remaining from the cleaning agent, but disappeared at the first rain. Got several quotes, Allbrite was the best value by far.

Allbrite was very responsive...in fact, they were able to schedule our job the same day we called. They were courteous, professional, timely, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Very happy with the service we received from Allbrite. We intend to use them in the future if we have pressure washing needs, and highly recommend them.

Did an excellent job. after pressure washing Joe walked me around to make sure I was satisfied, the guys who did the staining were also very good and prompt. Job site was cleaned up. All the workers were professional and took pride in the there work.

The gentleman arrived on time. Greeted me in an appropriate and professional manner, and he even helped me to carry a heavy bag to the trash area. The house really needed the cleaning, and when he was done, it looked fabulous. This firm is a pleasure to work with. They are reliable, professional, and provide a great service.

All work was performed on time, at high quality and safely. There was a great deal of ladder work required and there were no accidents of any kind on the site. All waist was collected and taken off site. There was no damage to any of our property. The crew worked constantly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and the contract straight forward. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, John Woytowitz, and his son John, who is also the hard working site manager and crew leader. Thea, the office manager, kept me informed on dates and times and there were no surprises or delays. At peak work load there were five men working an two pressure washing machines operating. There was no wasted effort and the team was fully respectful of our home and property. The spray stain application was fast and accurate. One of the gentlemen noted that the stain application is all in the set up. All areas not receiving stain were tarp covered, plants protected, the full extent of the area below the deck was tarp covered. The brick walls, doors, windows were fully shielded with cardboard. There were no "drips, runs or errors". I learned a lot watching John Woytowitz's team and am glad that we selected them to do our work. I will hire them again and will recommend them to neighbors.

For years I attempted to clean my house and everything else with my power washer. It was such hard work, took forever and never really looked that much better, but I was apprehensive to pay someone to do something that I could have done myself. After realizing that whatever I was doing wasn't removing the algae from the north side of the house, how scrubbing my gutters with Soft Scrub and a sponge just didn't do what I wanted it to do or took too long, I decided to hire All Brite. They were referred to us by a neighbor. I am so happy that I hired All Brite. They were professional and timely and did an excellent job. The difference between the before and after was unbelievable to me. Never did my house look so good. The white trim looked freshly painted, the concrete looked brand new. I highly recommend All Brite and I will be calling them on a regular basis whenever my house needs to be freshened up.

They came out for an estimate in March and I called the office to schedule the service and the earliest they had was late May eary June. I let them know I had lots of plants and flowers which they said would not be an issue. On the day of the scheduled service it was raining and it had been raining a lot so the ground was very wet and they said it's not a big deal they can pressure wash in the rain. When they pressure washed the fence at the bottom of fence the blew the grass away and created a bunch of mud. I called the office to let them know about the mud and the owner came out and he was not very concerned with what I was. I specifically walked the property with them as my fence adjoins with my neighbors and made sure to point out where mine portion ended and there was a miscommunication. My neighbor after seeing the mud they created at the bottom of my fence he asked them to put a cover down over the grass at the bottom of his part where are fences meet so he would not have a bunch of mud. The guy gave my neighbor a hard time about this and was complaining as he covered his grass. They also killed some of my plants and did not seem to care for my property at all. The stain looks like nice but this was quite a headache and to this day I still do not have grass growing at the bottom of my fence. I would not use them again as they did not seem to care about the issues they caused.

A few weeks ago I attempted to power wash my house and didn't realize how difficult it was to actually get the stuff off of my house. So after 8 hours I decided to hire someone else to do it. My neighbor recommended Allbrite. We called for an estimate, they were out the next day. We agreed to the price quoted and they could fit us in 1.5 weeks later. Today was the day. They arrived bright and early at 7:30 am. They explained exactly what the job entailed, what they would be doing. They gave me me a time frame. When I arrived back home, I was pleased to see that they did a wonderful job. They got stains off of my patio that I haven't been able to get out for years. I was very happy with the job and will certainly hire them when I need my house powerwashed again.

They called the day before each time to be sure we'd have the deck cleared. They arrived promptly and were friendly and professional. They had no problems with the plants growing around the deck, even the raspberry bushes. We've had them in the past and plan to call them again in the future. Great service for a very fair price. We even got a discount for being a returning customer.

Overall it was a great job. There was a little confusion about the type of stain we were able to use. We need an opaque stain and they charged more for this. I wish I would have known this upfront but we needed it regardless. Everything looks great and we would use again.

It went absolutely great. They did a nice job. They came in under what I thought it would cost and they were very efficient and the fence is holding up great and the deck is well. Their overall professionalism stood out. They did what they said they would do at a reasonable price. I can't ask for any more than that. They're absolutely excellent. They're going to be in the schedule to do some work around about 2 years when the stuff gets faded again.

There was one problem with a broken piece of wood, but they came right back and took care of the problem! They were polite, professional and easy to work with.
