+ -1 moreTerry called us when he was in town and came over, Terry diagnosed the problem (created by the contractor that installed the door) fixed it and went on his way. He is a first class service provider we have been dealing with for 22 years. He had to rewire the door due to a steel headed being in the way. He took great care not to damage our 100 year plus barn board walls. The wire over the years had begun to corrode from being exposure when the door was installed eight years ago. Terry worked very hard to make it right. He is like having a good friend. The contact info on Angie's site is not update. Description of Work: A couple of weeks ago I placed a call to Terry the owner because we were experience an alarm light coming on when we opened a door. He helped us troubleshoot over the phone to avoid a service call. We were not able to track the problem down and had not called Terry back in 2 weeks due to other issues.
