Description of Work: Bought mattress that kept sagging really badly. Replaced twice. The third time they sent a delivery man to give a "professional" opinion. He stated to us that the mattress was absolutely sagging that he would report this to owner. What he reported was that we poured a liquid on the mattress violating the warranty. I told the owner to send someone reliable to see that that wasn't true. Our mattress had a protecter on it. They refused. Called me a liar. So if anyone needs customer service from them , well there is none. Only the owner who cares nothing about their customers. Once they get their money that's it.

Ordered flooring 9/22 didn't not receive responses had to call finally installed 10/28 one full month later but the biggest thing was the install and reaction I received from the manager when I called to tell them about the bubbles under my month old linoleum. I would never buy flooring here again. Although the product was decent the installer was terrible. Unethical and did a poor job and now the store won't even fix it unless I allow him back in my home or find my own installer. Apparently as a flooring store they only know of one so called trustworthy installer in all of Garrett and Alleghany county! Check your info on this installer again guys! I will never purchase here again!
