The washer and dryer from the 1980s had been installed in what was previously a coat closet. A new coat closet was built in the front door vestibule making entry very difficult. We hired another company and included renovation of an old bathroom and creation of a new closet in our hallway to our bedrooms. The company was mostly "no call, no show." Because Dream Design was working on another house in our community, we called them. Richard listened to us and confirmed with us frequently about what we wanted. Within days, we had a plan, budget, and a START date! Hooray!! Now, just six months later, we have a beautiful new laundry room addition, a new lovely front door vestibule, and lovely renovated old bathroom...looking very modern and functional! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Richard's team. We got to know his staff of electricians, painters, carpenters, and plumbers very well. Down to the last man, they are highly skilled and talented craftsmen. They treated our projects as if they were working in their own homes."
