CUSTOM HOME POOLS INC

I had received 3 estimates, and theirs was the middle estimate. Mike, the guy that we worked with, was just so detailed and professional in his presentation that I went with him even though his wasn?t the lowest price. They did an excellent job. We were away for the winter in Arizona while they built it - we weren?t here to oversee it or anything - and it was perfect when we got back. When we left home, they had dug the pool but hadn?t done any of the pouring or brick work or any of the reinforcement work. He managed the whole thing while we were gone. When we came back, we had a couple of things that we wanted to be adjusted and he took care of them within a day. I have had a pool in every house I?ve owned, and so I was pretty familiar with what the options were and what I wanted. I had a pool builder from a previous home as one of the bidders. It was 2 months from the time that we called for the estimates till we decided to go with Custom Home Pools. In the interim, they would come out and take a look at the landscape, tell me what they had to do in terms of reinforcements, where the pool would be laid out and what issues might come out. They would do some landscape drawings for me. I had a minor issue with an electrical panel this past summer, and Mike came out personally and took care of it even though it was two years since the pool was built. I think that I got what I paid for. It was probably the best pool building experience that I?ve had of the 3 pools that I?ve built. We had checked his references. Other people told us how meticulous he was and how much he stayed with the project. He wasn?t just the salesman who came out and sold it and then never showed up. He was there most days when the workers were doing the work. We had built a lot of confidence and trust in him, and that is why we felt comfortable in leaving for the winter when the work was done.

I like Mike so much that I have already recommended him to all of my friends and family members. I like that he shows up on time, returns my phone calls, and gives me a good value for my money.
