Brad and company did an OUTSTANDING job replacing our A/C units, heat pump, furnace, and hot water heater, and they had the lowest price of the several local companies who provided quotes and provided higher rated equipment! The workers are all friendly, professional, and cared for our home like I do; they left nothing for me to clean or pick up, even offered to run the vacuum in the rooms where they worked! Everything was tested before they left and Brad spent time with my wife and I explaining the functions of the new equipment. They did an absolutely PERFECT job!

I called Right-a-Way, as their web site indicated they could do same day service call on Sundays. I am terribly sorry I do not recall to whom I spoke, for he is the HERO of this missive. I explained the symptoms, my brand of furnace and thermostat. He asked if there was a filter, and I said yes, and electric filter that I had just checked. He asked if I checked the pre-filter. I said, "what pre-filter?" He describer where it was. I located it and discovered I needed a putty knife to scrape the gunk from it. He recommended running it through the dishwasher, which I did. Since then, no problems at all. All of this, with a simple phone call. A neighbor helping a neighbor. Be assured, I will be calling them for regular service for my home HVAC system.
