Description of Work: Would use them again. They did an AC tuneup. Wrote a detailed review shortly after the service. Angie's list wasn't working and my review was lost. I no longer remember all of the details. I may work for free, but I have a low tolerance for sloppy web sites.

Description of Work: We got home from vacation at 1am to a house that was 95 degrees, and outdoor temp at 88. One of the hottest days in Maryland this year, of course. We called first thing that morning, Earl the owner was at our house within a few hours. He checked out our a/c unit and said it was blown. He had a new unit at our house later that afternoon, courtesy of his salesman, and a tech at our house the next morning to install it, and the installation was on a Saturday. Everyone was courteous, professional, and within 24 hours the house was on it's way back down to a livable temperature. All other dealers couldn't make it until the next week. Great service and overall great people. While I hope we don't have to use them in an emergency again, they will be the first ones we call. We'll be using them for maintenance also. Thanks again..

+ -1 moreOverall my experience was a good one. I would use them again for my heating/cooling problems. I would recommend them to my friends and family also.
Description of Work: I have used Aire Serv on two different occasions. On both occasions the technician was prompt, polite and clearly explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and explained the cost(s) for the job. Although the cost was higher than I had anticipated, it seemed to be a fair price considering the work and the importance (i.e. getting my heater working again during winter).

+ 0 moreThey cleaned the air ducts through out my house, the air returns and changed the filter in the funnel They would remove their shoes whenever they go in and out of the house to protect the carpeting. . There were no dirt or dust left on the carpet anywhere they were working. . They were very good. They were very careful removing the vents so that they don’t damage the paint. They stuck to the price they quoted and it was sort of towards the lower mid range of the other people I talked to. They came for their appointment very quickly after I called. I would use them in the future.
