I’ve been working with US Granite Marble since when Mike Surface was an installer. Mike is the sales rep now and is always a pleasure to work with. They have a large product offering from granit, quartz, sinks, cabinets, tile; basically everything you need for any countertop, kitchen, and flooring project. The product quality has always been top-notch as well as the installation services. As a contractor, I like buying locally so I appreciate having Mike and the team at US Granite Marble in Waldorf.

Great company to deal with! I have used them on multiple projects and continue to use them for kitchen and bathroom countertops. They have a great selection and great installers. Michael is always a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a kitchen granite countertops US Granite Marble . Michael our salesperson, was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. He was very responsive and made the whole process pleasant and painless. He was also instrumental in our product selection. The installers were equally pleasant and kind. Their workmanship was indicative of extensive experience and a high level of skill. I was happy with the finished product and would definitely revisit them for future stone related projects.Michael and the whole scheduling and installation team was great! From the moment we picked our granite through measuring, template, and installation we felt very informed and updated throughout the process. Thank you for making this so easy and smooth! We are very happy with our new granite countertops! Highly recommend.

Reasonable price, excellent job!

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!! Completely unprofessional, BEWARE. They did a terrible job, and made a dent in the sink they installed and did not even mention it. They knew about the dent and tried to hide it. The caulking was also a disaster. They left a mess and did not clean up before leaving. They also didn't turn the water tightly shut enough and caused the water to leak and in the middle of the night came down stairs to find a large portion of the dry wall from the ceiling collapsed and ruined the entire carpet in the basement and our new furniture. We called them the next day to let them know and they responded that they did not cause the leak even though it is very clear that they did. I wish I never hired them. The project manager I spoke to on the phone, Jamal, was rude and very unprofessional. I would never recommend them! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Price quoted was fair and yard granite/marble/quartz selection decent. Had issues with installation: did not caulk properly, messy workmanship and one installer was demeaning and rude to other employees during install and argumentative with me. Would not provide any discount for sloppy workmanship and issues experienced with installers. They did rectify the caulking issues but overall, would not recommend them.

Wow, I haven't felt this disrespected in a long time. I selected this place because of their rave reviews. I asked to have someone come out to give a written estimate. Natalie told me Josh would be here during a certain timeframe. Near the end of that timeframe, I called to ask if he'd be late. Yes, he would -- he was on another job. No big deal -- so I waited. And waited. And waited. And at 5pm I called to ask if he was still coming. Turns out they decided earlier that day that he wouldn't be coming, and *they didn't call me.* So I ask if I can reschedule. Jan tells me they can, but they won't give me a written estimate only a verbal one. And I asked if they could give me a written analysis of the crack in my granite (I'm pursuing a warranty claim with the MD Attorney General), but she said no. I said that's fine to both, and I suggested I just send her the measurements via email rather than have someone come out (thus saving me another day of sitting at home when I could've been at work). Jan's tone becomes increasingly disrespectful: "well, I don't want you to email us measurements unless you're serious about using us." Okay...why do you think I'm calling you seeking an estimate?! So I let her know that I didn't think a business arrangement was going to work for us. The lack of customer service values from the beginning of the process was alarming. I learned awhile ago that you can tell a LOT about a contractor by how they start the business relationship. She suggested I contact Solid Rock (La Plata) or European Granite (Clinton) instead. So since that's who US Granite recommended, that's who I recommend instead of them, too. **UPDATE** After I posted this and received the response below (which could have just said "we're sorry we made you wait all day and didn't follow up with you"), I received several spam comments and ad hominem attacks on my personal blog site from someone associated with the company: "jhos" at coskunuslutr@hotmail.com. So, fellow consumers be warned. This company not only lacks in customer service but also engages in vindictive actions if you take issue with their service.

Very professional staff...from the technicians who performed the install to the office staff. Both were very courteous and customer service focused. We had 3 quotes from company's (not including the one we got from Home Depot). US granite was competitively priced and fast to install. Great overall experience!

Let me start by saying I am thrilled with my new countertops. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly and professional. They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. I will certainly be recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase granite countertops.

They're pretty good. They're very reasonably priced. They're a little messy but they have the best price in town.

When my neighbor across the street asked me over to see her new granite countertops, I couldn't believe how great they came out. It gave her kitchen a completely updated look. With the extra overhang, beveled edges, back splash, modern faucet and new sink, I thought she went all out - and she did. Then she told me the price and I was amazed. I asked her for the name of the contractor and she gave me Coskun’s number over at US Granite Marble. I called and was able to make an appointment for a free estimate within two days of the call and the countertops were installed a week later. I got a fantastic package deal that included a high quality granite, dismantling and removal of the old countertops, disconnecting and re-connecting the appliances, new sink, new faucet and had it all professionally done by Coskun Uslu and his assistant in one day. I was very pleased with his suggestions, his attention and craftsmanship. I highly recommend US Granite Marble!
