Beware of TDM Restoration Services Inc. My mother will be losing her home due to their representative Derrick who did not know how to assess and properly code for flood damage to an insurance company. Derrick incorrectly wrote his assessment, as to describe how standing water flooded my basement, causing my remediation and repair claim to be denied!

Derrick is super helpful and most of all thorough! It was my first time using any mold inspection service but I really did enjoy the whole process. And I also got the inspection results back quick. Would recommend to other people.
