I was getting ready to purchase a home and upon inspection I found out pipes burst at the basement level. Beside lucky the only damage was to the ceiling and drywall but I was immediate worried about mold build up. I contacted this company and Derrick came out the same day! He ran some test and discovered the spore count was high. I contacted the seller and they didn't remediation process and Derrick was able to make another prompt visit and the house was successfully cleared!
