Steve and Dallas arrived on time. They were extremely professional and courteous. They laid down covers to protect my carpet which I truly appreciated that. Tim and Joyce were my installers and they were top notch. They arrived on time, did a great job of tearing out my old windows and installing a new bay window. They were professional and polite and cleaned up after the installation was completed. I love my new window. I am amazed by the noise reduction with the new install!

Awesome â both the quality of the product and the installation. The install team were on time, worked hard, completed a 21 window replacement in 1.5 days, and endured my barking dog. And, it is a bit embarrassing to admit, but they left each work area cleaner than they found it! Definitely would recommend!

read many of the negative reviews about the company after I agreed to a shower stall replacement with Randy Marshalek, and perhaps if I read them before, I might not have contracted with them. That would have been a mistake. I obtained quotes from two other bathroom re-modelers and all of them use the used car salesman, high pressure approach to selling. Being used to that buying cars, it didn't bother me. Bath Planet provided the best quote, albeit not the cheapest but with the most improvement and features added to our shower stall. They scheduled an installation for one day, except for the custom door, and performed as advertised. The quality of work is first class, the installers were neat and cleaned up after the install so other than the new stall area, you couldn't tell they'd been there. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were one or two glitches after the install. The door was supposed to take 4-10 days to be manufactured to the custom size. Somehow, the dimensions got lost at Bath Planet, requiring re-measurement and therefore the door took more like 18 days to be installed. Despite that it's a superior door to anything others quoted for the price. Lastly, the diverter felt loose and not having the right tool to correct it myself, they came out promptly and corrected it. I am very pleased with their work and their customer service, overseen by Randy, was very responsive and customer oriented.

See-Thru Windows is one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with (and I had six window companies come for an estimate). Their sales team and install team were incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and responsive (Side note: They also did not pressure you into buying with the usual sales gimmicks other large companies I had come by attempt to do, which was really nice.) I had nine windows, two sliding doors, and an entry door installed. All of their products (I went with the Vanguard line) are great quality, and were properly installed in a timely fashion. The install team -- Tim, Joyce and Collin -- were exceptionally professional and knew their stuff! All of the products were installed within two days, and I could not be more happier with the end results! They also kept the house clean as they went through the install procedures and took all the old stuff away! The new products have already made such a huge difference in the past week; aesthetically and mechanically (the A/C unit has only had to turn on once the past two days, where with the old windows, it would run nearly 24hrs in any sort of weather). I am planning on going back to See-Thru for future projects and I've referred a few of my friends to them already. I certainly recommend them for your next window & door project, 110%!

Their installers were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We purchased a complete bathroom remodel, and purchased our own vanity, of which their installers installed as well. The job was performed as the installers indicated, and a second vanity was uninstalled, per our request, without a quibble. Great staff to work with, and an outstanding company dispatcher by the name of Cari, who is a reflection of the installers; outstanding.

The sales and install team were nice to work with. We got the windows we needed at a fair price and the quality so far seems to be good. It was a tough job with large picture windows to be replaced. The sales team helped us work through our options candidly without a hard sell. There was a slight hickup with scheduling that caused a short delay, but once resolved the install went smoothly and the install team was very both nice and skilled. Overall I would say it was a good experience and we would use them again or recommend them to a friend.

Tim and the crew were outstanding. Not only great work and products but they started at 8:00 in the morning with smiles. When the installation of the front door and rear sliding door was done, they finished with smiles. What a complete job. Thanks Tim and the crew.

The work performed was nicely done. The workers were on time, very professional, and focused. They performed the job, cleaned behind themselves, and practiced social distancing. I would certainly consider this company again.
