They guys that came out to do the work were great. Have had alot of compliments by other contracters on the sliding doors. We were very happy with the work they did and their products.

The sales rep was very professional, and courteous. The customer service team seemed to never have a clue as to where my project was in completion, and always had to pawn me off to another office. It took us several calls to get someone here to complete the job. When the job was completed, we were really regretful with the way it turned out. The sliding door is WAY too small for functionality. When asked, we were basically told, sorry, nothing can be done now, it was your decision. Lesson learned on our end, get an EXACT dimension of what you are getting, BEFORE you let it be installed.

They have been prompt, straightforward and reliable. The doors have been measured and are being ordered. The project was completed in time. Clean up was excellent. We're very pleased with the doors.

The guys from See thru windows were great, from the very first step of the process. They were punctual, professional, polite and very neat with their installation and such a pleasure to have as my installers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new windows. Awesome job guys!

Overall, it was a good experience. I bought sliding glass doors from this place a couple years ago and knew what to expect overall. From the time I signed a contract, it took about 3 weeks for the windows to manufactured and in See-Thru's hands. Through come installation cancellations from other customers and some flexibility in my schedule, they were about to come out and install 8 windows in about 6 hours a couple days after they received them. They do not cover breakage after the windows are properly installed unless you purchase their top of the line tuff glass windows.Their salesman was high pressure compared to other companies, but good

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and terms. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job including clean up. One minor adjustment to the front door was required after several weeks, and they responded immediately. The doors look and work great. I am completely satisfied.

Things went well with the project. I did have to go back and caulk a few cracks they caused in the window molding during installation.

They were good. They came on time and finished on time. My windows look good, and I have already noticed a change in my indoor temperature.

I had already covered furniture that could not be moved out of the room. They were very efficient. The window had to be cut out to accomodate the new door. They were very careful and worked well with my electrician, who was there to re-route the electrical line for the wall outlets. They cleaned up well, and explained the warranty. The door is beautiful!
