Replaced windows on my townhouse. They responded quick, courteous, and easy to work with.

They worked with me to get a solution I loved at a price I could afford. I'm happy with the outcome. They did not do a good job talking through all the details before the job, they just made assumptions and did the work, which was too bad. However, when I saw what they had done and asked them to fix it, they corrected everything with no extra cost, no argument, and a smile on their face. Everyone from the sales to the office to the installation was very nice.

The owner actually dropped by our house to conduct the demo. The windows arrived as promised and the crew did a spectacular job. They are a local company with a real store.

I love my new windows. The contractor made recommendations based on my budget and helped me select the windows. He was on time, very neat, did a good job installing and cleaned up after the job. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend the contractor.
