We are very happy with our beautiful new walk-in shower. Commercial grade and solid unlike these fiberglass inserts (which was what was replaced) that I have to worry about accidently punching a hole in. Also, a very comparable price with the other options available out there. Five stars all the way.

Very smooth process from start to finish. No hard sell by John C. when we were getting quotes and the installation by Tim and Joyce was very efficient and almost to the minute in terms of the time he said the job would take to complete. See-Thru came in at a much lower price than two other more well-known regional/national companies. We will certainly consider using them again for our upstairs windows and other projects around the house.

Good customer service.

The sales representavive was kind and professinal. The installers were professional,timly and courteous. They finished everything in (1) day. Overall, we're pleased with the results of our new shower and will likely have them install the showers in our other bathrooms.

See-thru windows did a fabulous job. They came out and replaced all of my windows and two doors. The windows and doors look and work great. The job was done on time and all the trash and old windows and doors were disposed of.

I purchased from this company three years ago. The front door of my house needed to be replaced. The aggressive sales tactics and the fact that I asked the guy to leave my house many times and they refused until we gave them an answer. We purchased the door a few months later with a warranty. The warranty was told that it covered everything for the entire time I have the door. The prices are outrageous and just not appealing to people on a budget. After getting the door installed the front door refused to close correctly. I called multiple times to get it fixed. I called and spoke to the manager and he came out. He looked at the door and stated verbatim whoever installed this door did a horrible job. Once they reinstalled the door it finally closed and locked correctly. It only took 9 months of complaining to get it fixed. Now my screen door has come off the hinges and we were told that the warranty does not cover it. It was all part of the door that we purchased. It is becoming such a hassle to get good customer service and trying to find a good company that can do good work. The fact that their customer service is horrible and they have not fixed the issue yet. The fact that I have to wait to have the door assessed to pay for it again is unsat and I paid for a warranty. What the hXXX is wrong with this company? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SINCE THE AGGRESSIVE SALES TACTICS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EXTENSIVE WAIT TO GET A WARRANTY ITEM FIXED. Update: This company has aggressive tactics when offering products. I was first time home buyer and my wife and I need to replace out door. Not knowing what we were getting ourselves into they came to my house and would not leave. Extremely aggressive tactics and will not leave u til you buy something. 5 years later door replaced and now transverse window is leaking water by the bucket into my house. Since having this door, they had to come out 5 times to repair stuff such as not placing molds back in the original place when they took the old door off, screen door broke while we were out (it was locked) and we got blamed saying we leaned on it. Once a third party installer came to look at it it was a faulty part and replaced it. The Hydraulic door closer on the screen door ripped of the paneling and it took the. 3 weeks to come out to fix. The screws were not even put in the wall all the way and they just left. If I can send pictures in I would. Just be cautious on hiring them. Stars don t mean anything but read the reviews to see for your self.

See Thru Window Company was recommend by 2 of our neighbors. Great customer service, installers Tim and Joyce were professional, courteous, and above all did a excellent job! You need to request them if you're planning to replace windows.

The timeline from start to finish was excellent and the quality of the work was good but for the cost I was expecting real tiles for the floors rather than the rug with tile like designs that I received; perhaps an oversight on my part during the negotiations of the contract. Nonetheless. I'm happy with the finished product despite the high cost.

The windows were similar to another advertisement but since See-Thru was local, I decided to go with them. I haven't had to call them back yet and product is high quality.

The installers were terrific. They knew what they were doing and they worked very well as a team. I would recommend them to anyone. My husband is proud of his new shower!

replaced the bathtub with a new one. Although there was a 2 inch gap between the new tub and tiles, the installer came back to put in 2 inch tiles that I bought from Home Depot. I love my new tub!

Overall a good experience. They were on time and quickly replaced the 16 windows in my home. The price was reasonable and the overall look of the home has changed dramatically.
