Great experiece, professional install crew. Everything was great except for the snow coming down on install day.

Good customer service all around from start to end (process involves sales, technical eval/measurements, installation). Product pricing on uppper end, but quality is next to none. Great security features in doors.

While the installalation and sales person were great, the professionalism of the office staff was poor.

They did a good job installing the doors and cleaning up after themself. Door looks very nice

I have had one bad experience after another with this company, their salespeople are pushy, rude and will say anything to make a sale. The installation dept. never called when my door came in, I had to call them 3 times to finally set up an installation date and then they did not show up stating they thought it was for another day. I am still waiting for the installation of this overpriced door, it was ordered over 6 weeks ago. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Charlie and his staff were extremely professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable about their product. They stand behind their product 100% and we trust that we are getting one of the best products on the market. They ensured that we received the best customer service from start to finish, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows, sliding glass doors, front doors and even hot tubs, saunas and pools! :)

Got a hard sell of product but also felt I got a good product for an acceptable price. Installation and door workmanship very good.

They did a sliding glass door for us and did a simply fantastic job. The aesthetics are great and we can tell the insulation is much better than our previous sliding glass door. We highly recommend this company.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and timely -- accommodating with his appointment time and showed up on time. the windows and doors seem to be installed properly and working well -- they were installed Dec 26th. the schedulers were not very efficient -- they were suppose to call us when the products came in...They didn't. When they set up the install date, they seem to have forgotten that it was scheduled...They were about 2 hours late. We called them and then they 'remembered' and came.

AS A RETIRED CONTRACT MANAGER FOR A MAJOR UTLITY CO. I'VE HEARD EVERY EXCUSE THERE'S IS AND HAVE SEEN ALL THE MANY THINGS THAT GO WRONG ...MY EXPERIENCE W/SEE-THRU COULDN'T HAVE GONE SMOOTHER. MANY CONTRACTORS STAKE CLAIM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SEE-THRU STANDS BY IT ! THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I'VE EVERY HAD W/A CONTRACTOR.

Replaced and installed all 5 windows in less than 2 hours.

Only a few complaints, I live in Virginia and all people to measure and install the windows come from Maryland so they would only come in the morning, no evenings or weekends because of traffic! I have spoken to the Company and they say they are working on that. After having to adhere to their schedule, one of the windows was the wrong size so they have to order another window. Overall, nice people, and are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied.

The bottom line is that the completed work is very good and they cleaned up well. However, it took a long time for them to do the work. Plus, they originally arrived with the wrong size door and I was left with a hole in my wall for several weeks (temporarily patched with wood boards). In the end, they did correct the situation and did a good job. I would have liked some sort of discount.
