Scope restoration replaced our roof after some storms came through. The were quick and courteous. Our roof looks great.

Scope Restoration did a great job on my roof replacement and drywall repair. I worked with both Justin Mefford and Brian Bannon. They were both responsive to my many questions and explained the process in great detail. Even with my work being done over the holiday season, this did not hold up the process at all. The shingles were delivered in a timely manner, and the crew that did the roofing repair was phenomenal. They were on time, replaced my roof with quality service and products, and did a thorough clean up of my yard after the roof was replaced. The drywall repair was also a great experience. You cannot even see where the patch was completed! Justin came out multiple times and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the result. I had a great experience, and will highly recommend Scope Restoration in the future!

I can’t say enough about Scope Restoration, a couple years back I had to replace the roof on my personal home and it was a nightmare. However, that wasn’t the case this time. Justin Mefford set everything up for me, meet with the tenant, tarped the roof (without charging me), meet with the insurance appraiser, and had everything done in a timely matter. He even provided aerial photos to show me everything was done; not like the last time where I had to take the roofer’s word for it. My experience with Scope was a very pleasant one. Project manager Justin Mefford was the one i dealt with through this entire process. Mr. Mefford is very polite, knowledgeable and dedicated! When a date was set the crew showed up pretty early in the morning, they protect your personal property by moving things out of the way and covering with tarps. They completed my roof from start to finish in 6hrs. I am very pleased with scope and will most definitely contact them for more work in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with my two roofs that were replaced on my property. It was an easy and quick process. Bryan worked with me and my insurance company. The process was very easy and went smooth. He was always available if I had any questions and would reply quickly. I am satisfied with the quality of the roof and the whole process. Scope Restoration and the crew is everything I could of asked for in a roofing contractor. I was surprised by how easy they made the process from selecting the color then installing the roof. Scope Restoration Inc cannot be trusted. The minimum rating is one star and the company deserves far less. I contracted with Scope Restoration Inc to have my roof replaced. The salesman promised everything and failed to produce. They subcontracted with a company in my area and never came back. The work was fast and the final product shows this, including the complete roof sections they did not replace. Look for another company as all contractors I have mentioned the name Scope Restoration to have defined them as “Storm Chasers.” Look for a reputable company that has been in business for 20+ years. My insurance company has advised they will no longer do business with Scope Restoration Inc and neither should you.

First off there was a hail storm that came thru Cockeysville Md on 6/22/2015. There were tons of contractors going door to door thru my area trying to convince me my home had hail damage to the roof from that storm. That got me thinking that I should call my insurance company. Fast forward 2 months and I finally decided to make a claim because at this point all of my neighbors had their roof replaced by their insurance company. So my insurance company came out (who I would not like to mention) and said I had no damage. Talk about being mad. I could not believe that everyone's roof was replaced but mine. So now fast forward another 2 months and I was referred to Scope Restoration & Brian from one of my co-workers. Scope Restoration came out and assured me my roof was totaled. They took photographs and prepared an estimate, they then made contact with my insurance company. Next thing I know my insurance adjuster called me to take another look at my roof. The day they came out they met with Brian, and employee named Mike with scope, after about 15 minutes on the roof they knocked on my door and my adjuster apologized about the confusion a few months ago, low and behold they agreed with Scope Restoration on the cost to repair the hail damages. So after that I knew I had to hire Brian because if he knew how to change the big wigs at the insurance company minds he surely knows how to put a roof on. And boy did they deliver! My roof was installed in 6 hours. It was unbelievable how efficient, clean and hard-working the crew was. I still say my prayers and sometime mention Scope Restoration because without them I would have gotten a loan to replace my roof. Thanks again to Brian, Mike and the crew of Scope Restoration. A++++
