The work went wonderfully. Mr. James was a Godsend. I started out requesting his service to replace two full panels of drywall in a room that had been treated for mold. Before that work was scheduled to start I had a water leak in my smaller downstairs half bath. Initially, I thought it could be dry walled where the plumber had taken out the drywall to ascertain the extent of the leak. Mr. James arrived, to rebuild the 1/3 wall that was taken out. On his arrival, we realized the leak was not fixed and the area was too wet and required drying out. Mr. James gave me such a great price for coming out on a Sunday and a game day, on short notice. The wall looks better than it did before. Again, Mr. James stepped in to finish the haphazard work done by my plumber on a shower and tub install. They left the job with the drywall merely nailed into the wall and a tough corner that was difficult to fix. Mr. James took his time and came up with a great solution that looks better than the original. He really saved me in a pinch too with these two unexpected bathroom projects. Once we finally got to the main room , it too was a great job. He advised me on the kind and amount of insulation to get and worked around the fact that I'd over-stuffed the walls, making it more difficult to get the drywall up. The room looks beautiful. You'd never know have the length of the wall had been replaced. And I'm happy about the extra insulation. I highly recommend Mr. James for any of the services that he offers. He has attention to detail and cares how his work looks at the end. His prices are very competitive, he is very knowledgeable about a number of aspects of the trades. By the same token, he's wise to let you know what he doesn't do. Several good qualities to have. P.S. His painting and the paints he uses are excellent too. They have no odor and go on very smoothly.

The work was performed in one day and the cost included providing the paint. The finished work was high quality and all paint supplies were cleaned up. Mr. James was easy going, very conscientious and did a great job. The job went well and I would use OzCore Development again.

James was very reliable, punctual and I thought he was more than reasonably priced for the amount of work that was done. I will definitely plan to use his services in the future.
