I think everything went great, from pickup to delivery back to my home. Jack the owner is very professional and really a nice guy. This was my first time dealing with Mower-Medic and I was absolutely satisfied. My tractor was given some long overdue maintenance and it's running like new money. Jack the owner was nice enough to leave a mulch part that he had laying around on my tractor for me to have. I had mentioned to him before he picked it up for service that I had a lot of leaves to deal with, and that I was going to mulch them this time instead of get them all up. Thanks so much for the care, and the professionalism you demonstrated to me as a first time customer. I will definitely use Mower-Medic again.

I used Mower Medic to service my riding mower since 2005 (8 years). Initially I got great service, but over the years the service has gotten worse and worse. It's not that they didn't do what they were supposed to do, but the mower would come back with nuts and bolts missing. Pieces would fall off as I used the mower; The last time, a guard fell of the first time I used it after it was serviced, so I vowed never to take it back to them again.

Riding mower: when I got the riding mower back, it was in much worse shape than when he took it. It ran VERY rough and had little power. Jack said there was no valve stem installed on the head and the push rod had penetrated the rocker arm. I found it hard to believe there was no valve stem in one of the heads since I ran the mower for over a year. I ended up taking it to a warranty dealer to have it fixed. It works well now. Jack charged $60 to take the mower too the local warranty dealer. When I received the generator back - it took weeks to get it back - it started once, ran rough, then quit. It has not started since and some of the hardware appears to be missing off of it - there are several bolts with washers, but no nuts. I will have to pay a second time to have someone else fix my generator. I was very disappointed with the state of both pieces of equipment. I would not trust this business to even fix its own repairs to my equipment, let alone give Mower Medic any additional business.

I contacted Jack about looking over a used trencher I had just purchased as I wanted it too just be checked over by a professional to make sure I would not have any problems when I am on a job. He quickly gave the trencher a tune-up and had the engine running better in no time. I have used Mower Medic in the past to work on a generator, Riding lawn mower and snow blower. I will be back for all my small engine repair needs.
