Description of Work: They cleaned blinds and one bathroom shower. Left bathroom a wet mess that I had to clean up just to be able to walk in. Had to keep checking on work and several times had to ask them to redo. Noticed later that blinds were often only 90% done, often they didn't bother to clean far right or left. No one explained to me that for same price, I could have more cleaning done.

+ -1 moreMarilyn has become the regular leader of the team cleaning our house, and she sometimes works alone. I can't speak for other teams, but Marilyn is tops. The results of more than a year of having her and Merry Maids clean our house have been superb.

+ -1 moreThey always give a reminder call before and a follow up call afterwards to make sure we are satisfied. Marilyn does an outstanding job! They always do the specific things that you ask for, if you leave a note.
Description of Work: They clean our 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, hallways, family room, living room and dining room.
