+ -1 moreOur really old A/C stopped and we called the home warranty company (that's why the price shown was so low and very misleading), who in turn, called MBM. MBM came out the next day and made their assessment for the home warranty company, reported back to them, and when the warranty company made their decision, MBM came out immediately and installed our new central air. They were very prompt, professional, competent, and easy to work with.
