This company is great! They hauled away our old exterior and storm doors and installed the new doors we ordered through their company. Best contractor I've hired in quite some time. I had an exterior door installed. I also had a sliding glass door installed by them last year. I specifically went back to this company because they did such an amazing job with the first install. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. There is no stress involved dealing with MAS Home Improvement, Inc. They are very responsive; they show up on time; they do a great job and they clean up after themselves. For both installs, I had a consult with Saluh and he was extremely helpful with telling me what type of door (measurements and other pertinent details) I needed. He also told me everything else that was needed for the install. They picked up my order from store and did the install with no problem. I have one more sliding glass door to replace and I will definitely be using them again. I truly appreciate good service. MAS Home Improvement will not disappoint. Also, this of course is during the Covid pandemic. The team all had on masks and gloves. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Thank you guys!

Excellent service, excellent and fast installation. Had them install one French door last month and now they are back already to do another.

Scheduling is very important to me and they were flexible and accommodating. Each time there was appointment, they were on time. And oh, so very pleasant. They are coming back to do more work.

From the first day meeting with the consultant I knew I would hire this company. He had the most respect & detail about the job. His advice was well taken & I am not disappointed. After I was moved on to the next step...installation, the gentleman that I spoke with also had superb customer service. He worked around my availability & it worked out perfectly. The day of the installation...the workers were exceptional, respectful, clean, & did not leave behind anything for you to complain. They were superb! Excellent all around company & service. Hiring MAS was the best contractor choice I have made in a while. I highly recommend them, heck I wish I needed more doors. We purchased an entry and storm door from them and when they came out they had a special going on so we were able to take advantage of their special pricing. Honestly, the customer service, workmanship, cleanliness, everything was great. I have already recommended them to two friends who need new doors. They are great, I am very pleased.

This is my second time working with Salah and Abdul. They installed a new window and front door on my house and when my family member needed new windows I knew just who to go to. MAS Home Improvements was a pleasure to work with. I met with them several times before the installation and they were open and upfront about everything. They set a pretty high expectation and they lived up to it on the day of the install. They were early/on time. They went right to work. They worked until the entire job was completed...no breaks. They were efficient and clean. I recommend them and plan to contract them in the spring 2019 to do my kitchen sliding glass door and back basement exterior door.

I had new entry doors installed on September 5, 2018 (two days ago) and the experience from beginning to end was extremely customer-oriented and professional. I met with Salah to discuss my needs and he provided options and information with no sales pressure. After I decided to go with them, Abdul arrived to measure my doors for a second time. My doors arrived within 2 1/2 weeks and my installation date was scheduled. Abdul and his crew arrived early; they were courteous, professional and considerate of my home. They installed a front and back entry and storm doors (4 in total). They were there for a total of 4 hours and cleaned up quickly when they were finished. I wish all contractors showed this much professionalism and customer service. I wish they did other projects because I would hire them again in a minute!!!

Abdul and Salah were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very punctual, professional and thorough. My only complaint, if that’s what you can call it, is that they were a bit rough on our 35 year old Home; the window sills need a little TLC now that the job is complete. They advised me ahead of time that this is how it would be, but I wasn’t quite prepared. I’d definitely hire them again.

Sales visit and estimate were great. No pressure. No real salesmanship which I appreciated. Flexible financing options. Installation day was great. They showed up early and worked quickly then cleaned up behind themselves. Only hiccup was caused by complications with my front door decorative trim and doorbell which was separate from cost of door installation. They weren’t very reliable in scheduling then coordinating for completion of the separately billed work to complete my job.

They are very professional. Called and gave me their estimated time of arrival that morning. Took time out to explain what they were doing to my wife. Demonstrated how to operate the foot locks and door locks. Cleaned up before they left, and the door looks great...
