Excellent service better customer service

MAS was amazing from Day 1! I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Salah returned my call to schedule an estimate within 1 hr and showed up promptly as scheduled. He was respectful of our home and listened to our needs. He offered us 2 options and let us know to reach out with any questions while we decided. There was no hard sales pitch ever, just a willingness to help us with a solution. We had multiple estimates, but the next day called to proceed with a contract for a replacement patio door. MAS stayed within their lead time and scheduled our replacement 2 weeks in advance. Our arrival time was 10am-12pm and the crew arrived promptly at 10am. The were respectful of our property and left the work area cleaner than when they started! I cannot say enough about this company. They will most certainly be the 1st ones I call for our next project. Finding a contractor like them is SO rare nowadays- I am grateful for other's reviews which led me to call them in the 1st place. MAS truly does care.

The technicians provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. They were so careful and cleaned up behind themselves. Other than having a new sliding door, I would never have known they were here. If I could give them more than 5 Stars, I would, and I am a picky customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
