My husband and I just purchased a house in January and the carpet needed reconditioning and stretching. After researching several companies on Angie's List we narrowed our decision to hire Jr Carpets and Floors. Other companies we called or emailed through Angie's List either didn't call us back or didn't perform the necessary service of stretching the carpet. After setting an appointment with Jr Carpets and Floors, they showed up on time and got the job done right -- the first time!!!! I had initially wanted to replace all the carpet in the house, but my husband suggested cleaning and stretching the carpet to keep repair costs down. I'm happy I listed to my husband, the carpet looks wonderful, is in far better condition and the whole house smells great! Working with Jr Carpets and Floors was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had since purchasing the house and working with other contractors and service providers. Jr and Mr. Russell really know their products and provided excellent information on carpet care. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Jr. Carpets and Floors to anyone.
