I have a side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator. The freezer portion worked fine, but the refrigerator side would no longer get cold. Marcus of JAW & Sons came out immediately and recognized that the issue wasn't with the control board and the sensor indicated. Because of his experience and knowledge, he recognized that the coils where extremely dusty and recommended cleaning and resetting the refrigerator. Well that worked. Because of his insight, he save me approximately $350. I didn't have to purchase the expensive new board and the situation has been resolved. I definitely recommend JAW & Sons.
