The company did great work. Jude is a great guy and easy to work with. At first, when I had questions, Jude responded great to them. Unfortunately, now I get no response. I informed Jude, back in June, 2013, of a cap stone on my retaining wall that was missing and has been since work was completed. I had sent several text messages, pictures of the area in question and placed numerous calls to him, reminding him that it needed to be done. In January, 2015 Jude said he would place it at the top of his priority list, but I did not hear back. After several reminders, Jude informed me that he would place the cap there as soon as he could. He explained that he was swamped with work but that he had a job down my way (back in April, 2015) and that he would fix it while down this way. I tried not to bug him or pressure him to get the cap done, I just continued to send him reminders. Now I get absolutely no response from him and today (November 11, 2015) the cap still has not been placed there. I even offered to come get the cap myself and I would place it but, again, no response. I have referred Forest View Landscaping to many people because of the great work done by Jude and his company. Unfortunately, I can no longer refer this business because the work has STILL not been completed and the calls/texts to him fall on deaf ears and are no longer returned. All because of one small retaining wall cap! The work performed was of great quality but I'm afraid the customer service afterward is lacking. Up until this point I would have used his services again but now I am extremely disappointed and would not.

I told him what we were looking for in the front yard. He told me that he will come up with a design plan and an estimate. He said it will take about two or three weeks. When I did not hear anything from him in two weeks I called him back and left a message on his phone. He has not called me till now. They never followed up, so I would not recommend them. Now I have gone ahead and hired a different company. I just don?t understand why they did not call back as we do not have a huge landscaping area. If he did not want to do the job, he could have told me about it. I would have appreciated that. I think that was very unprofessional.

Excellent work. In and out in one day. Removed all debris and yard waste. Trimmed two trees on front of the house that were not part of the work order. Disposed of additional yard watse from our back (without me even have to ask). Beautiful design and layout of the house. I have already had sereral nice comment form neighbors on the street.
